I can’t praise the team who cleared our garden more highly. They were accommodating, pleasant, worked hard all day and to such a high standard. We are thrilled with the end result. Great service, would highly recommend.

Terry and the team have done a amazing job, totally transforming the landscape.
Ivy had taken a hold, trees and bushes were overgrown.
As a site manager in a school I got Clear the lot in to make the site look perfect for a open evening and even with a tight schedule with a short deadline they still delivered.

We used Clear The Lot to clear a large overgrown area at the back of our garden. Terry was always very helpful from the very start, nothing was too much. The team, lead by Mark, were fantastic- hard working, friendly and keen to make sure we were happy every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use Clear The Lot again and would highly recommend them to others.

Ivy had taken a real hold of one of my side wall. Roots, trunks and infiltration into the wall. The team tackled it from 8am without fuss and got the job done in 3 hours. The team was friendly, efficient, knew what to do and cleared up afterwards. Thank you.

Terry and the team at Clear the Lot have been brilliant. I’m really pleased with the job they have done. From start to finish they’ve been fantastic.

I found them polite, helpful, on time, and best of all carried out the work to a T.

A really excellent experience. Terry is very good at breaking down the overall job into understandable parts and explaining the process and tasks needed to complete each part. The work was done efficiently and effectively with minimum disruption. The house and gardens were tidied and swept up every evening.
And the excellent team who did the work, led by Mark, were friendly, hard working and skilled.

Clear the lot came in and cleared a large area adjacent to our scout hall of rubble, self seeded trees and foliage.
Nothing was too much trouble.

We had a very positive experience with Clear the Lot. They were able to start the work quickly, and never compromised on quality. The men were all very friendly, hardworking and tidy. Very nice company to work with.

I made an enquiry for a job and was met with a very passive aggressive and very rude customer services agent. After complaining about his behaviour to the head office I was called again by HIM, now becoming a nusiance caller, aggressively asking me why I made a complaint about him. The fact that there is no respect for customer privacy and that someone can carte blanche call a customer like that is awful.

Avoid them.

Terry and his team carried out a sterling job of taking down and disposing of a brick wall situated in a very awkward place behind my shed, and also erected a fence in its place.

Communication was stellar throughout the whole process from assessment to completion, and they made sure we were thoroughly happy with the job.

Quoted to do the demolish & clear job next working day. We were kept informed as to time of operatives arrival. Mark carried out the work very efficiently & left the site clean & tidy. The quote was kept to but a small surcharge was added for unexpected content within the blocks. We were very happy with the job.

In all honesty, I did get slightly cheaper quotes for the work I wanted, but I was reassured by the many good reviews for Clear The Lot and the care taken to understand and discuss the work prior.
The team were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. The work was completed to a high standard and left really tidy - they went out of their way to make sure I was completely happy with everything.
I would recommend Clear The Lot, it's worth the few extra quid to get the job done properly!

We cannot recommend Terry, Mark and Jason enough! Thoroughly lovely men who worked very hard and for a good price to clear our back garden which was massively overgrown and needed tree stump removal. Good communication, excellent work ethic and job done in a very short space of time to a great standard. We will definitely be using clear the lot again!

Terry, Mark and the team cleared our extremely overgrown front and back gardens last week. It took a team of three two full days, but they worked solidly and did a great job, going above and beyond - and for a fair price. They were a pleasure to have in the house - very polite and respectful, they really listened to what we wanted, and they managed to clear the whole back garden and get everything out through the house without leaving so much as a mark in our narrow hallway. We would definitely recommend.

We used this company to clear our school garden and they were our first stop for a quote when we needed more work done. They were very competitive in their pricing so won the contract.
Very helpful and efficient service, took away all our clutter (a full year's build up including a huge industrial oven) in record time without complaint and went above and beyond to help. Could not have asked for better service.
