The "shortcuts" concept is frustrating
The "shortcuts" concept is frustrating to use. I want to be able to open the app and choose "Enable VPN" or choose a country/server to connect to.
Instead, I have to look at the shortcuts and decipher which one would reroute my internet traffic without slowing down my connection too much.
This could be reconciled by adding an "expert" mode for users who need more fine-tuned control over which server they are connecting to.

Really great, really clear
ClearVPN has been a great VPN for me for quite some time now. and with its fast and stable connection, and its server on the geo-location shortcut and the Hulu shortcut(which most of the websites can't suspect I am using VPN), overall, and at least, it's enough for me to rate 5 stars.
