I would like to express my sincere…

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Warren Paul Edwards. He arrived at my home at 9 PM to deal with a completely blocked toilet drain. I had been without a functioning toilet for 26 hours and was understandably frustrated, but Warren managed to calm me down within a minute. Despite the late hour, he was incredibly positive, friendly, and professional.
He identified and resolved the problem in just 10 minutes. His attitude, reassurance, and efficiency made a huge difference in a very stressful situation. If more engineers were like him, the world would be a much better place.
Thank you to Clearway Drainage System for sending exactly the right person for the job. Warren truly deserves recognition for his outstanding work.
