To clarify, for these particular chargers, Clenergy EV's role is limited to providing the software that manages access and payments, as well as the customer helpline. We do not set the pricing, manage repairs, or control availability. These are the responsibility of Lambeth Council and their appointed maintenance contractor.
That said, we do report all faults we’re made aware of to the relevant parties and track their resolution. If specific charge points are offline, we're happy to escalate the issue further. Please send the charger ID or street names to our support inbox at info@clenergy-ev.com.
We understand how critical reliability and fair pricing are, especially for local residents. We’ll continue doing what we can within our remit to flag these issues, and we will also share your feedback directly with Lambeth Council and the relevant parties to ensure your concerns are heard.
