A big thank you to Cleopatra’s Needle! I phoned on 18 Dec to enquire if I ordered an item, would it arrive in time for Christmas. I was told to place order, on line and it would be processed and sent by post on 19 Dec. I received the goods 20 Dec. I think that the recipient of the tapestry kit will be delighted too!

Fantastic company with a fantastic service. I placed my order late Sunday afternoon using a secure payment method. I received an email on Monday advising me that my Order was in the post and I received the package at lunch-time on Tuesday.
