Good servers, but terrible support
I’ve been using this hosting company for a while now, and I have to say their servers are solid — fast, reliable, and generally perform really well. That part definitely deserves praise.
However, the support side is a different story. It's painfully slow and not helpful at all. Whenever I run into an issue, it takes ages to get a response, and even then, the answers aren’t always useful. It's frustrating, especially when you need quick help to keep things running smoothly.
If they could seriously improve their customer support, this would easily be a 5-star experience. But as it stands, I'm giving 3 stars — great hosting, poor support.

I bought a host from them for my metin2 server, the FreeBSD should have been on x32 but they gave me x64, meaning that I can't do anything to develop my server... they don't say anything that the FreeBSD is on x32 or x64 and very bad customer service.
