Did not receive product and still no refund after 5 months. Company said it was delivered to a Post Office that is in another state and due to this there is no refund….. absolutely disgraceful.

Unexplained charge not shown on invoice but is added to the credit card without authorization.

Ordered 2 children's wooden initial banks. One box/product was fine, the second was the wrong initial. A "D" instead of a "C". Customer service was non-existent. Supplied a photo of the box label (which was marked C), the mailing label, and the wrong bank. Was advised that since the box was correct, nothing could be done. I'm not giving a box for Christmas to a child!! Went back on the website again to get more info and the item is no longer even offered. Stay away!

I ordered 2 dresses that looked beautiful. I read the description and knew they were polyester. However, this isbthe cheapest, worst kind of polyester. They feel awful. The filt.is not great either. BUT!!! I read their return policy before I bought so I knew it wouldn't be a problem. Wrong. They have said that shipping can be expensive, so would I accept 6 US dollars and I can keep the dresses. Each dress was almost 30 Canadian. I have yet to fight it out with them, but if you think you'll take a chance and order something, don't bother.

The biggest ripoff scam ass company out there. Sent me a jacket I ordered that was at least two sizes too small. Offered to give me seven bucks back and I keep the jacket. The jacket had extra large on the inside label but clearly was a small. What the hell am I supposed to do with it. They didn't want it back and refused my request for a full refund. Don't do business with them.

Ordered 2 jackets size M, received 2 jackets labeled XL, but are actually smaller than a true M, they don't want to recognize their mistake, and are willing to give me 3usd as refund, and ask me to keep their products

It's been two months and I have not received my product. I've been charged for the item and have emailed support several times. I have not received any answer. The last contact I have from these people is 12/11/23 giving me a shipping status, but NOTHING since then.

I wasn’t sure about sizing because there weren’t any reviews yet, and I don’t normally buy Juniors clothes. I am 5’2” 125bs with a long torso. I got size medium and it’s perfect! They are slightly baggy without being too oversized. Very comfortable, I expect to be living in these the rest of summer :).

Good quality and fit. They are really cute and comfortable. My daughter enjoys wearing them.

These shoes are so comfortable. I love the BZee brand. An affordable shoe I can wear. I have had several major surgeries on my feet (from years in retail) and have had to pay 3X this price for shoes I can comfortably wear. My feet are happy when I wear this brand of shoe.

Love these shoes. Fits perfect. It's a bit higher heel than I expected but the arch is well done so it's comfortable. Well worth it!
