If you buy something from them over backmarket, be careful.
I had a mistake in the delivery address which I informed them about immidiatly. They won't give you any information about what is happening, until you call them. I had to ask them to still give the phone to me, otherwise they would've put it back into their sortiment. Also they promised me that the insurance I got would not be canceled. Of course it got canceled. And of course there isn't any way to reinstate it.

Just be careful. I guess that many people have had great experiences but if just one tiny thing goes wrong.. then there is no professionalism. No information or simply wrong information and no effort to correct the mistake.

(In their reply they are saying, that I am not in their system. I had multiple E-Mail exchanges with them just today and the phone that I bought (now without insurance) is on its way to my flat. If you already deleted me of your system or already forgot about the problems you caused me, that really reflects badly on you. Check your system and processes and repair them.)

Trust me I’d like to give 10 stars for their service as i was very satisfied with with their way the handles everything and for the trust i had in them as well i recently sold my iPhone 8 Plus to them it only took few hours for them to send the money after checking if everything was alright trust if you have seen any bad reviews on their site, or here regarding them then something must be wrong on the other side as are really legit i also hesitated before sending my phone but i took trust in my them and sent my phone to conclude everything i was really satisfied with their service and with the time i got the money too will definitely sell or buy things in time again :)

I couldn’t believe how fast and reliable their service is. I got a good deal on my iPad. Of course I had to read reviews and experiences before sending it because I’ve never tried such service before. Surprisingly it arrived in like 14 hours to their office after I shipped it!! And it took them like 2 hours to run tests and checkups which is fair. Everything went smooth and the money was transferred immediately. I think what’s important is to really know how to correctly evaluate your device before sending it. Be accurate as much as you can while answering the questions about the device and things should turn out great eventually.

Got an unbeatable deal on a brand new Galaxy Note 10+. Provide me with IMEI so I knew it was a legit European model and would have a European warranty. A lot of other sites selling them for that price were selling grey market Asian models that would have no warranty. Delivery was quick though DHL from Germany to Ireland. Very pleased and will likely use again in a year or 2 if pricing is as good.
