One of the worst services: after installing it on the targeted devices, it automatically disconnects within 2-3 days. I thought the issue was with the device, but nah, it's their software, cause I tried it on another device and had the same problem. When I asked for support, they said to install the device on the targeted device again, like what? It's not pretty obvious.

I do not recommend their services. I was unable to configure the software on my iPhone because the transfer got stuck at 50% due to a problem with their software. This only happened after I purchased their service. I then requested a refund, which they refused. Then they told me that, as an exception, they could only refund me 50%. It's a scam. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal and was able to get a 100% refund through them.

I am extremely disappointed with Clever Guard. I purchased the product hoping it would work across two phones, but I was never able to get it installed or working on the second device. I followed all the instructions and even spent a significant amount of time trying different setups, but nothing worked. The installation guidance is minimal, and for a product this expensive, the support and clarity should be much better.
What frustrated me even more is that only after you start using it, you realize you need to purchase extra subscriptions to monitor other apps like WhatsApp. This was not made clear up front, and the costs add up quickly. For what the product offers, the price is far too high.
I canceled one of my subscriptions within 30 days and expected a quick refund, but none was issued. The second subscription wasn't canceled in time because I was too busy trying to get the product to work, meaning I lost even more money. The second device was never linked, never worked, and the system should clearly show that — yet I still wasn't refunded.
After wasting so much time and money, I cannot recommend Clever Guard to anyone. The product did not work as advertised for me, and the overall experience has been incredibly disappointing. I will not be using their services again.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They advertise a 30 day free trial but when I clicked on the link and provided my card information (in order to get the 30 day trial) the site automatically charged me for an annual subscription! Very shady company imo. The website is very misleading and makes you think that you can monitor text messages in "real time" - however, the target device AND the device you are using has to be on the same network. The only other way to view text messages remotely is if your child "backups" their phone to the icloud! What a joke! I literally had the software installed for maybe 1 HOUR and then realized that it wasn't for me and they refuse to refund me the money that was mistakenly taken out of my card.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Let me start off with the fact that I was a little aggravated when I first contacted customer support concerning my ClevGuard KidsGuard Pro subscription. From the very first response by Sara, I could tell she was genuine. We responded to each other several times. Each time she showed more and more professionalism and concern for my position. She explained everything clearly and in the end, I was reminded that there are still people that genuinely care. I am 100% pleased with how Sara handled it.

I have been using it for more than 2 years, and it works exactly it claims. Few additional steps and you can make it discreet completely. It has everything one think of any tool. There are some bugs/improvement here and there and ideally they should take it happily from customer and improve that as well. Ada helped me on few occasions when I struggled with issues.
