Good quality, accurately described
Nicely printed and good quality. I was expecting a much worse experience after reading some reviews but I’m really happy and will probably buy more. The pack size is clearly stated on the description, I’m not sure why there are complaints about the number of blocks when it’s accurate 😅 Came in a nice sturdy cardboard presentation box. All sides fit to all other sides. Delivery took a while which I wasn’t expecting but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Cheap and nasty - Embarrassed to give them!
Cheap and nasty - I waited for 2 weeks only to receive something that would be priced around £5 on Temu. They were shipped from Chin, although adverts don’t mention this, so are probably from the same manufacturer. Avoid at all costs. I will feel embarrassed to gift this!

Twice I have ordered (order 74748) and twice the items were not received after a very long wait shipping from China. I believe this company is a scam as they’re now delaying my refund.
This was supposed to be a main Christmas present for my daughter.
EDIT: I’ve had to get a refund through my bank as clickblocks ghosted me. They’re now trying to reclaim that money despite knowing the product was not delivered.

Dont get me wrong, my girls love these blocks but the customer service is pretty poor. Ive written 2 email regarding different issues I've had & not heard anything back. Also both times I've purchased a box of these I've gotten a bigger better offer if I buy more. Even up to 67% off. Its pretty disappointing especially at Christmas time when people are already doung it tough. I feel my emails have been disregarded & they send bigger discounts for an incentive to buy again/more. Great blocks, poor customer care besides being kept upto date on your order i feel like they dont care. I recieved an email asking for a 5☆ review & in return item would be sent the smaller set of blocks. That is borderline manipulation

Successful birthday gift
These blocks have been a real hit with my five year old nephew. He's taken them everywhere with him in the weeks since his birthday, and loves playing with them. I wouldn't hesitate to buy these again.

A lot smaller than you think - I paid for the top package and there is hardly anything there. Missing items too.

UNSAFE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 6
Took a while to arrive - over a week. They are tiny blocks, so disappointed at the size. Came in a A4 plastic bag, no cardboard surround. Cost almost £30 and when I looked at the advertisement for them they certainly looked larger than they actually are. They are using a very young child in the advert but when they arrived there was a written warning: WARNING THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR UNDER 6 year olds. Feels like I have been scammed

Great product, great customer support.
I brought this set as a gift for my grandson and he will absolutely love it. Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery which was an issue with the courier not Click Blocks. On the couriers advice I contacted Click Blocks customer services and I have to say that the support they provided was first class, so helpful and understanding. The package eventually arrived and the ongoing support from Click Blocks was amazing. I can’t rate them highly enough.
