I purchased the Elite pack for my 6yr…
I purchased the Elite pack for my 6yr old grandson at £29.99.
I was absolutely flawed when I opened the package, they were tiny! Absolutely not worth that much money.
I've definitely been ripped off, especially if you look at Amazon and extra amount of blocks you can get for the same price.
My advice would be look at Amazon before you purchase from this store

After purchasing my second set of Legendary Pack click blocks, they got damaged when delivered. My son looked upset but I got straight on to Customer Service and they looked after me by sending out more for the few that were damaged!!! I have a happy 7 year old again. These are a great product that mirror the Minecraft colours. Would recommend. Very fast at replying to my mails. Thank you click blocks 😁

Excellent customer service
I ordered this for my daughter for Christmas. The courier company misplaced it but eventually found it and delivered it, click blocks customer service was helpful and even offered me a free replacement. I couldn't be happier with click blocks and I know my daughter is gonna love playing with them.

Possible Scammers- no means to contact
I ordered 28th November with premium shipping -4-8 days. It’s now the 10th Dec and tracking has showed parcel at a depot for 2 days.
The email on clickblocks site doesn’t work.
The comments on Facebook seem to be censored- they’ll be several comments on a post but only positive ones accessible. I’ve left comments and messages on messenger - no reply.
I’ve spent nearly £70 and worried I’ve been scammed.

Thank you for your reply but 20% discount is a paltry partial refund for quite frankly a misrepresented item for which I paid £29.90
The whole advertising is very smoke and mirrors. You give the illusion that the Game comes with a box, even the picture with my order “Elite” shows a picture which your building blocks are incapable of building. I received a tiny block of 70 bricks measuring 5.5 x 4 inches in total - much smaller than depicted on your adverts, which was sent without instruction packed in a small plastic zipped envelope in a small mailing bag propped up on my doorstep. I’ve read other negative reviews on TrustPilot which reflect my findings too. Many people have purchased this game assuming it to be in a box and gifting as a main present! We’ve been left with an unwanted stocking filler. Typically this has been posted from a Warehouse in the UK as evidenced by the Evri postage label - yet predictably you insist on all refunds going back to China 🇨🇳 at the buyers personal expense .. Shocker!! I will be taking this up with my Bank - you people are corrupt and need calling out.

First, regarding the Elite Pack: the size, block count, and packaging details are shown on our website so customers can see exactly what they’re purchasing before ordering. However, we understand that the product photos can create an impression of a larger set, and it’s clear that the item you received did not meet the expectations you had. We take that feedback seriously.
The Elite Pack does not come with a presentation box — only the Legendary Pack includes the full storage box. The images shown for each pack correspond to what that specific pack is able to build, and the build examples use multiple packs combined. I understand why this felt misleading, and we will continue improving how we communicate this.
As for packaging and instructions, we purposely do not include instruction leaflets since the blocks are designed for open-ended creative play, but the condition of the delivery you described is not up to our standards. We would like to look into this further.
On returns: while some of our items originate from overseas warehouses, all customers — including you — do have the option to return the product for a full refund. We are not refusing you that option. We simply provided the standard return procedure and the partial refund alternative for customers who prefer not to send items back internationally. You are still entitled to return the item if you wish.
