Repeatedly glitchy item and refund refusal
I purchased Apple AirPods from Click3Click via OnBuy in May 2025. Shortly after purchase, they began experiencing serious faults, including loud crackling and fizzing noises, audio cutting out, and the headphones randomly switching between modes without any input.
I followed the process I was directed to and pursued multiple repairs through Apple. Both the left and right AirPods have been replaced, yet the exact same faults persist, making the product unreliable and often unusable.
After months of dealing with this, I requested a refund from the seller. Despite the clear history of repeated faults and failed repairs, Click3Click have refused to provide a refund and continue to rely on a 30-day returns policy, which is not applicable to faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Communication has been extremely poor. Responses are generic, repetitive, and do not engage with the actual issue raised.
Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
