I just sold my car through clickcars, I wanted to leave a review as I felt they really gave me a great service, I was quite sceptical at first and thought they would just try and get me to go lower and lower in price ..but actually they didn't they were more than fair on the things that needed sorting on my car at no point did I feel I had anything but a fair and trustworthy experience with them, well done Richard and the team ...in a time when service standards and respect to a customer seem to be falling ...your company is at the top of a great customer experience

Considering the lack of information and paperwork that I was able to give them, I believe that they handled the transaction in a professional manner. I had to do a bit of chasing to nail down the viewing but when that happened it was efficiently handled and the value of the car was shown in detail. They were very good and professional. The price came down which is expected but they explained why and what they’d have to do to fix it. So I felt fine with it in the end. Dan is a very good mechanic and knows his stuff extremely well. Showed me bits on the car I didn’t know.
