There was a misunderstanding on a discount that I felt I was owed. I had a text conversation with one of the reps but I wasn't satisfied with the explanation. The manager contacted me directly and gave the appropriate discount (at least in my opinion). What I appreciate isn't the discount but I appreciate a company that takes the time hear my issue and then respond appropriately. I try and be a straight shooter in business and I appreciate them doing the same. This says a lot about the type of company that I'm dealing with and it will make me think twice about moving services in the future even if other services are more affordable.

Good support service, but a strange managing system, especially for marketing agencies. There is still a lot of room for improvement here, I would say!

ClickCease is one of the best online bang for your buck products/services. They have save me tons of money on my Google Ads account by heading off unwanted ad clicks. We had access problems to 2 critical domains and these folks sorted it quickly, after extensive security validation, so we were protected again from web traffic fraud incredibly quickly! This level of service is rare today, on the phone, in case you haven't tried your products service lately!

The ClickCease tool makes it job but what makes this company really unique is their success and support team. These poeple will do everything to resolve your problems and take most of the product.

Tried to help. I think instead of sending instructions they could have helped more by doing it themselves.

Doesnt work then when you cancel they blow up your email and ring you to try and win you back. Just dont bother.
