Right from the beginning, I have been made to feel like I matter, and that my requests for help are not only always almost immediately heard but valued and responded to with such wonderful rapport. I experience the Support Team of Michael, Bea and Diane, who I have had the pleasure of communicating with these past few years, to be second to none, in the way that they respond promptly, courteously, empathetically, accurately and comprehensively, to all of my enquiries. It is more than evident to me that with quality taken care of so completely, Click Designs in its daily operations, can place utmost priority, compassion and unwaivering attention on its valued customers, me and so many others included. This is to the point that I personally won't ever hesitiate to purchase from and or recommend to anyone requiring the services provided, that Click Designs is the company they are seeking and hoping to find.

Great templates, good interface, but the load speed really lets it down... uploads, saving, moving between design levels, all of these are crazy slow (and no it's no my internet connection, it's super fast). Compared to Canva it's a danosaur in this regard. A few bugs aswell with items disappearing and saving.

I'm rooting for ClickDesigns, but right now ClickDesigns needs to fix it's issues instead of trying to add new features.

I had an issue with the AI prompts not generating the images I asked for. I contacted support over the weekend. They contacted me, saying they had passed the issue to the Tech Team. Then, about 20 minutes later, I received another message stating that the problem had been taken care of. I tried it and it worked great, again. Very quick response and resolution.

Before ClickDesigns, I had to use everything within Adobe, Canva, and other apps even to get the wireframe for boxes and so on the right, and it took more time than it does for a whole project. I absolutely love ClickDesigns. The makers are ahead of the game. This is a game-changer software.
