Pros:
Great service, quick replies. My delivery was late due to the C-19 situation, so they replaced it as it was past the 48H period. Even if it's 1 week late, it's totally understandable.
The majority of their products have great value, when compared to competitors.
Cons:
Packaging leaks quite a bit, rather than using multiple layers of plastic wrap to ensure that it is watertight and clean, they use cheap plastic bags - the myoglobin was everywhere, causing a smell. This also makes me worry about the cleanliness and possible contamination of the produce.

I placed my order on the 13th May and it took 5 days to get delivered, I was getting worried that all the meat would go bad and I was right. It arrived smelly and slimy, all the meat has gone bad.

The meats are good quality. I ordered quite a variety, the chicken breast could be fresher though but apart from that everything was okay. Will order again.
