I have used this company four years in a row, and the service has become worse every year. This year, I ordered a tree and recycling service, but I did not receive a confirmation. I sent a message via their website and promptly received a reply. Thankfully, the tree was delivered on the correct day, though there was no update before they were at my door. Then, the recycling service was meant to take place between 8am and 8pm on 11th January. After staying home all day to avoid missing them, no one showed up or contacted me. I have spent the week sending emails and calling both the phone numbers attached to the confirmation email, but all attempts have gone unanswered. I even tried to call the number of the person who has delivered and recycled my trees all years past, and that has gone unacknowledged. I will certainly stop using Clickmas and steer anyone else away from this company that is clearly stealing people’s money at this point.

Worst business I’ve interacted with in the uk. They got my order wrong and forgot to delivery a tree stand worth £50+, I’ve sent numerous emails asking for a simple refund as well as calling them to leave voicemails when their inbox wasnt full, but i have yet to hear back from them. Lulu was very fast and helpful when i needed to change the delivery address, but emails with the word “refund” must get moved straight to the bin.
Looking at all the other 1 STAR reviews here, it seems like a common practice for them. I would have given them ZERO STARS if i could.

Do not use this company. My tree did not turn up on day promised and when phoned my many calls went straight through to voicemail. Equally my many emails all ignored. To this day I have had no communication from them BUT they have kept my £99.90.
If you are prepared to be let down on receiving your Christmas Tree on date promised , not being refunded your money and having absolutely no communication with this awful company then do but you have been warned.

BE VERY WARY OF THIS BUSINESS. LESS THAN ONE STAR. Scumbags and thieves who steal your money and refuse to respond to emails or phone calls. Lulu Washford needs to be reported to the police for her fraudulent behaviour.

I bought a tree and a stand. They delivered the tree but not the stand. I was calling them and keep emailing them for days but no response. I asked for refund and still no response after a week.

Great tree and good delivery! Green, very fresh and good shape. 6-7ft and is 6ft. Could have used it a little taller but that’s what I ordered.

After another company let me down badly. Decided to go back to Clickmas Trees who was a bit more expensive but I had used with success previously.

Ordered night before. Delivered before 9am. link sent morning of delivery with expected time slot. They left outside the door as they didn’t want to wake anyone up.

Took my money, confirmed order received on 7 December and then … nothing! Do not respond to any form of communication.

This is my second year using Clickmas, last year no problems. This year they've not delivered my tree (supposed to arrive on the 29th of November) and despite Lulu the owner promising to deliver our tree herself last night - we still have no tree and she's become completely unresponsive.

Hard avoid unless you want to be disapointed

Avoid! Overpriced Christmas trees. I was so disappointed when I went to put the tree up after it got delivered. Looked like it was already in it's last week before having to throw it away.

Useless. Paid £15 for my tree to be collected for recycling on a certain date. Nobody ever showed up and despite calling and emailing every day for weeks I never managed to speak to anyone or get a response. Do not use.

(1) The tree was on the small side (4'11" when a 5-6' tree was ordered)
(2) The delivery guy was very stressed, quite rude, and didn't help bring the tree to the door of the apartment block, never mind the tree.
(3) There was zero communication regarding confirmation of pick up day or pick up time, despite multiple emails to "Lulu" (does Lulu exist?) and attempted phone calls.

Overall, very poor communication and customer service.

I ordered a 9ft tree for my company and Clickmas Trees looked like the ideal service!
However, it's been absolutely terrible. Since payment was taken and the order confirmation was sent, I've had no communication from them. I've rang countless times, emailed, sent messages on Facebook messenger (all which have been read and IGNORED)
I'm not even entirely sure if this company isn't a scam at this point!?
I'd advise against ordering with Clickmas Tree's and spend your money elsewhere.

We couldn’t have been happier with Lulu and the team at Clickmas Trees.
We are hosting an early Christmas party and booked a 7ft Nordmann Fir for click and collect for Thursday 18th December, the website and checkout process was very easy to navigate and we received an automated confirmation email.
The night before we were due to collect the tree we hadn’t received an update so we sent an email asking for an update.
We received a very speedy response from Lulu informing us that there had been a glitch which meant we were able to book a week earlier than we should have but due to the glitch they would honour the booking and deliver to our door that day at no further charge on the day we wanted.
While it isn’t ideal that the system had glitched I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and faster communication.
Lulu gave us a 2 hour window and gave us a 30 minute warning before she arrived.
The tree is exactly what we wanted and looks perfect and is truly top quality.
We couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did for us.

I was looking for a Christmas tree last minute for a friend and found the Clickmas Trees Ad on Google. Loved the website, it was mobile friendly and I was able to book a tree for same day delivery which was amazing.

Unfortunately right after I booked my friend who I bought the tree for said she no longer needed it. I contacted Clickmas Trees customer service and within minutes I received a reply from Lulu and she immediately refunded me and cancelled my order no questions asked.

Honestly I was so impressed for a company I randomly found on Google Ad’s I was very pleasantly surprised. I will certainly be using them again. Thank you Lulu!
