Content are label spam, phishing or malicious

When using their Api for SMS, they labeled your Contents as spam, phishing, or malicious. of which the content does not contain such. You complain, proof or raise a ticket about it, then they disable your Account. Be watchful developers.

After reviewing your account, we noticed that your recent messages contained multiple parts, which means each message was split into several segments due to its length. Each segment is billed separately. Additionally, since your messages were sent to the United States, US carrier fees apply on top of the message rates.

If you’d like, we can help you optimise your message format to reduce the number of segments and keep costs lower in future campaigns. Shortening your messages, avoiding special characters, or using links can often make a big difference.

We had a look at your account and previous chat, and we can confirm your account is active. For sending to US numbers, carriers now require that businesses use a verified dedicated number - either a Toll Free Number or a 10DLC. This rule was introduced across all providers in October 2022 to reduce spam and fraud. That’s why you were advised about needing a privacy/opt-in page and a registered number.

Sometimes delivery involves us having to reach out to several partners and carriers in order to determine the reason for non delivery once your messages leave ClickSend.

Apologies for any inconveniences caused due to the delay with replies. I can see there was also an issue with message content which could have contributed to the delivery delays.

Excellent Service and Reliable SMS via Email

I’ve been using this company to send SMS directly through email, and it works flawlessly. Their customer service has always been excellent, and now with 24/7 live chat support, it’s even better. The admin portal offers plenty of configuration options, making it really flexible and easy to manage.

Pretty Solid Honestly

Love using ClickSend! It helps make my job easier by just being able to upload a PDF file and it just auto filling the name, address, etc.
Although sometimes it doesn't do that as accurately for auto fill and I would encourage a system that can read different formats/placements of addresses from the PDF files that are uploaded, since some Co-Workers of mine format their letters differently. But either way it's not too much of a hassle to put in the correct information myself sometimes.
