I am trying to return a parcel to you

I am trying to return a parcel to you! There was confusion when I accidently entered the wrong expiry date on my card, but I did amend it!! Unfortunately you do not recognise the order number for me to return the parcel. This was a pair of shoes, which you sent to me several days after the next day delivery that I requested, and strangely enough - y0u only sent one shoe!!!! Please give me the address to send this shoe back to you and i trust no money has been taken from my card!

Returned customer, great app to use

As a returning customer, I love the app for my website, it's simple and easy for both my business and a better journey for my customer to process a return a lot easier and hassle free. I find the app easy to install and to manage which doesn't take up my time a lot and then I have more time to crack on with the business more.

This is the most spamming company you…

This is the most spamming company you will come across! No consent on calling and they scan our websites for phone numbers to bug us after installing just to test their app!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

(guys heard of GDPR?!)

Apologies if our contact was not acceptable we will review this. I can fully understand that you should have the time to try our app without being contacted an excessive amount.

Just to clarify we do not scan websites for phone numbers, your phone number is provided by Shopify when our app is installed. This is in line with GDPR as retailers approve this on install.
