Avoid This Company

Avoid This Company: Empty Promises and Poor Delivery

Do not trust working with this company. They will promise you the world during the sales process, using persuasive tactics that make their offer seem incredibly valuable. You might even feel like you're underpaying. But once you sign up, you'll quickly realize that the delivery does not match the promises at all.

My Experience:

The scope of the work was clear:

Find, hire, and train an appointment setter

Implement systems, automations, and commission tracking tools

On the discovery call, they promised a done-for-you service. They said they would source and train the setter, build custom systems, and integrate tracking with Stripe. They also assured me that they would keep working beyond the 30-day period until I was satisfied with the results.

But here is what actually happened:

1. The Appointment Setter Was Not Trained
They introduced me to a setter with no proper training. She did not understand the system or her responsibilities. Her salary expectations were also completely different from what was discussed. I had to negotiate a new salary with her directly.

2. Recycled Systems, Scripts, and Automations
The "custom" setup turned out to be a copy-paste job. Scripts were generic and reworded using ChatGPT, but not tailored to my business in any meaningful way. There was no real effort or original thinking involved.

3. Tracking System and Stripe Integration Were Never Delivered
They promised a proper commission tracking system integrated with Stripe. Instead, I received a basic spreadsheet I could have made myself in five minutes. They ignored this part of the project completely.

4. They Broke Their Promise to Continue Until Satisfaction
Even though they clearly stated they would continue working until I was happy, even beyond the 30 days, they stopped communicating as soon as the 30-day period ended. They handed me an incomplete project and moved on, ignoring all of my feedback.

5. No Focus on Results or Client Success
They did not test the system, verify that the setter could perform, or check that anything was working properly. There was no iteration or refinement. The focus was on time, not results.

Bottom Line:
I had to redo everything myself. I rewrote the scripts, retrained the setter, and built working systems from scratch. Their involvement created more work for me, not less.

Red Flag:
There were no real testimonials or case studies when I first came across them. That should have been a clear warning. If a company cannot prove they deliver, you should not take the risk.

Verdict:
They overpromise, underdeliver, and abandon the project when you need them most. I highly recommend avoiding this company.
