Arranged a return transfer with this company for a pick up on 20th May 2016 at Alicante Airport we arrived to find no pick up had been sent even though we had paid over £200 for a private minibus and then all 9 of us had to make our way to the resort/hotel ourselves. Upon the return home and after not getting response in resort we booked a return drop off via the hotel given no one had picked us up on arrival. Then surprise surprise our pick up arrived.

Upon returning to the UK I emailed the company and requested a part refund, they said they were looking into it but to date I have received nothing further from them.

I would definitely not recommend using this company we were okay 9 guys but what if we had been a family with small children on a budget this is not a reliable company to use steer clear !!

No transfer waiting at Faro airport. No answer on emergency numbers. No reply from company regarding complaint or return transfer. Website advertises money back guarantee - can get no response via e-mail or telephone. Own property in Portugal and travel many times a year - will never use this company again

Perfect really as they picked us up 15 minutes early, might be a problem for some but perfect as we were waiting around. The drive was good and the minibus was spotless, and the driver saved us so much hassle as I had very stupidly left my bag with passports and paperwork on whilst dealing with my 2 children. Luckily as I was walking into the airport the driver shouted from the minibus with bag in hand. The fact they check to see if you have left anything means I would happily use them again and highly recommend them!

We had a really good driver CARLOS ,He picked us up on time on both pick ups he was very Informative and very safe driving we would use this service again

Driver waiting upon arrival, quickly boarded taxi, arrived at Hotel in approx. 25 minutes. Driver dropped us at the barrier outside the hotel and left us to struggle to reception with suitcases (this was my only complaint.) Upon departure the Taxi arrived on time and the driver was courteous and most helpful,he carried and loaded both suitcases and upon arrival at airport unloaded both cases onto a trolley for us. I look forward to using Clicktransfer on my next trip.

I booked Click Transfers for our recent visit to Tenerife. Everything went very smoothly for both journeys to and from the airport. We only waited five minutes after reporting to the desk in the airport, only three other couples on the minibus. The driver was very polite and welcoming.
On the return journey, we were collected at our hotel at the time quoted
and we shared a minibus with one other couple!!. The service was
excellent- friendly, helpful staff, comfortable minibuses - nothing too much trouble. I would certainly recommend Click Transfers and I will definitely be using the company again. Thank you.

Got off plane and taxi was there at airport , man stood there with my name on a board, straight to hotel no hassle. Had to confirm pick up time straightforward and again can't fault the transfer. Would use this company again.

I HAVE BEEN USING CLICK TRANSFERS, FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW. I ALWAYS SELECT THE SPEEDY TRANSFER. IT COSTS A LITTLE MORE BUT I THINK ITS WORTH IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, THE DRIVERS ARE GOOD WHICH ISN'T ALWAYS THE CASE WHEN ABROAD, AND THEY ARE VERY POLITE. WE WERE EVEN MET BY A REP AT THE AIRPORT.

this was a very good service, there was no queue at the desk, we went straight out to the bus we only had to wait five minutes for a couple of other passengers and then we were away, the journey did not take long at all ,the bus was clean and comfortable,when it was time to come home the bus arrived right on time and another good journey to the airport. I would definitely use this service again and the price was right

Service was prompt efficient and without any problems. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a private transfer.
