I accidentally double booked myself for…
I accidentally double booked myself for an event and I needed to change my dates. Anders and his team were so helpful in doing so. They responded to my emails almost instantly and were able to take care of the date changes.
I did have to pay extra costs for moving my original dates to a weekend date but that was expected. Anders and the team made sure I was comfortable with the pricing and made sure to walk me through all the charges.
I really appreciate their assistance in my booking error and was happy to have such great help correcting my mistake. I highly recommend ClickTrip and would use them again.

Highly recommend!!
I booked a room at a four-star hotel three days before my check-in date. However, when I contacted the hotel, they had no record of my booking for two days. I then reached out to clicktrip.com, and I truly appreciate how they handled the situation. Even though the hotel I originally booked was full, they stepped in and offered me a five-star hotel instead.
I understand that mistakes can happen, and I’m grateful that clicktrip.com took the initiative to resolve the issue promptly and upgraded me to ensure my holiday wasn’t affected. Thank you for the great service and for going the extra mile. I will definitely use them again for my future bookings.

I loved how Aaron took such great care of us. I called distraught with concerns about our upcoming reservation in Las Vegas. He totally cleared everything up by calling the hotel to verify our upcoming reservation and then he sent me an email with the verification codes. But on top of all that he followed it up with a phone call to let me know everything was verified. We could not be happier!
