I have used Clifton Property Services twice, once for my gas boiler and separately for my water supply. Both included problem identification. I commend their thoroughness, competence and professionalism. They are authorised installers for one of leading boiler manufacturers and would be my first choice if I ever need their services in future.

I found Clifton Property Services via the Worcester Bosch website while looking for accredited installers. From the first visit, Sami showcased professionalism, attention to detail, and sound advice on improving my renovation plans.

The team carried out a full plumbing overhaul (1st & 2nd fix), installed a new boiler, water softener, Quooker tap, dishwasher, washer-dryer and bathroom fittings.

Very smooth end to end experience from transparent quotes to workmanship, respect for my property and courteous service.

I now have peace of mind knowing everything's been done to a high standard & highly likely increased the value of the property.

Osama and Sami were amazing - they gave honest advice and, even though I had accepted a higher quotation, when they realised the work was a smaller job than they initially thought, reduced the price appropriately (without me having to ask!).

Osama went above and beyond to help me with my broken boiler. Even though another provider had been supplied first through the company website, Osama talked me through the process, and followed up with tips of what he thought my issue might be and how I could try fixing it myself. He had no financial compuction to do so and his advice was so spot on I ended up cancelling the appointment I had already scheduled. A lovely man who knows his stuff - highly recommend

Sami is amazing ! He came out to diagnose a problem with my boiler on the same day I contacted him and he resolved it within 48 hours even when it required a new part, I can't thank him enough and would 100% recommend him !

I have used Clifton Property Services for the past few years but this was the largest job they have done for me so far. They are outstanding: highly competent, extremely reliable (turn up exactly when they say), very clean and organized and very pleasant to deal with. I used to have my boiler serviced by British Gas but with CPS, I have the same person every time and that adds a lot of value. First class outfit.

Clifton Property Services fitted my new boiler at the beginning of April. Right from the first call, they were really helpful and communicative. It was not a straightforward job but they were extremely reassuring, efficient and did the work beautifully. I got several quotes for the work and theirs was the best. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - they are a family business and obviously take great pride in their work. Also, they are very friendly and tidy. I’m so glad I chose them to do the work.

Found Clifton Property Services from the Worcester website, for approved companies to service their boilers. They were very responsive, communicative and professional. After a servicing of our boiler, it was clear we needed a new one installed. Sami and their team did an excellent job in making the process clear and handled the installation meticulously. New boiler installed and a 10 year warranty, with annual servicing. Great company and really pleased that we can rely on them in future for services.

We had a leaking boiler and were able to book in a same-day appointment on a Saturday evening. The issue was fixed quickly and efficiently, and Sami was polite and professional throughout. He gave me a clear explanation of the issue and the repair, and patiently answered my questions about possible preventative measures (none in this case). The fix seems to be holding up very well so far. Overall, this was a very positive experience and we would not hesitate to book in with this company again.

Another great experience with Sami coming to our rescue to stop a leaking pipe that depressurized our boiler. Always responds promptly and extremely communicative about the works to be done.
