Not recommended. Possibly the technician was overworked and therefore stressed. But bad communication with the office and very rude. Better to go somewhere else - not worth being shouted at by very stressed staff. Treating the customer politely would go a long way. I repeat, NOT recommended.
No recomendado. Posiblemente el técnico estaba sobrecargado de trabajo y, por tanto, estresado. Pero mala comunicación con su oficina. Muy mala actitud de educación. Es mejor ir a otro lugar, no vale la pena que el personal muy estresado le grite. Tratar al cliente incortesmente no sería de gran ayuda. Repito, NO recomendado.
