Like many others here delivery 1-3 days…

Like many others here delivery 1-3 days is not met. I received the product 2 weeks later according to DPD but it was not delivered to me. Now I can not find the parcel at all cause probably DPD as worst delivery company left it somewhere. I asked for assistance but no one is replying at all.
To everyone who plans to buy my suggestion look somewhere else and save yourself a trouble cause as you can see most of costumers have the same issues.
I want refund of my money for product I never received!!!
