Having solar panels fitted to our house we wanted Electric Radiators. Gary Lomax the company representative came and explained all about the Harmony Radiator. We were very impressed and ordered one for our lounge. It was delivered and fitted within the month. A couple of small issues occurred regarding the installation, but Gary revisited our home and instantly put everything to our satisfaction. Excellent product and the after sales service was excellent. We will evaluate this radiator with a view to installing others to replace gas fired central heating. Very pleased, so far
So far, so good!
The Climastar representative came to explain the system to us last Thursday. We liked what we heard and, having done some previous research on the subject, we decided to go ahead. The system was installed yesterday ie within a week of the initial discussion!
The hot water system works very well and utilises excess electricity from our solar panels, so should cost very little to run during the March to November period. Also the unit is sited nearer our bathrooms than the gas boiler is, so we get the hot water quicker.
Very happy so far.

Great service, wonderful design
I had 6 of the Harmony range heaters fitted last year and I have been very pleased with them. I have now had an extension built so am getting another 4. Whenever anyone visits they always comment on the unique design and the fact that they don’t really look like heaters. I love the Wi-Fi connection and the flexibility that gives you. The other week I was going away for a few days and I didn’t have time to change the schedule before I went but I was able to do it while I was on the train, very impressive. The service from the company has been excellent, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Took out my oil heating
I had an oil boiler in a very old property which was costing a fortune to heat and heat poorly. Climastar removed everything from the house, radiators, pipes, boiler and water cylinder and installed a new heating system. The stone finish looks good in such an old property, much nicer than my old radiators. What a transformation. I had it installed in February so have been using it for a couple of months and cant fault it. Also with oil and gas polluting the planet, it was important to me to do my bit so to speak, so overall I
am pleased with my choice and I look forward to a warmer and less expensive winter this year. Thanks.

Great service and beautiful product
Very happy with the service from the company and quality of my radiators. These radiators look great on my wall and heat the room really well. The installation was straightforward with minimal disruption. They arrived on time, put down dustsheets and set everything up for me. Thanks to Dave who looked after the entire job from start to finish. Very happy with everything.

Very helpful
I booked in for a free survey after seeing the advert for the water heater in the newspaper , A lovely lady I spoke to arranged the survey for a day and time that was convenient for me.
On the day of the survey we had a call to say the heating consultant was running late. I was happy they called and made me aware.
Overall we think the products are great and the gentleman who came to see us was very pleasant and helpful.

Apart from that, a good service
As most reviews about Climastar, the one fitter and his colleague were efficient. Both were polite and were away after fitting. Unfortunately it seems the heater wasn't tested after completion. I was unable to set up the heater on my app, therefore I tested the heater was turned on, and traced the fault to, the heater being wired into the economy ten wiring. After rewiring into the 24 hour supply, the heater works correctly. It's a shame the fitter/electrician didn't test which supply to use, and test the appliance afterwards. Apart from that, a good service.

Excellent Service from all the people I had contact with
Such an efficient setup. Fom Dave Thomas who conducted the survey and gave me the quote right through to the 2 fitters Brad and Suhail who completed the installation on 13th April. It was just 2 weeks from survey to installation, a lot quicker than I was expecting. I am very happy so far. I am still learning about the app to control the heaters but progress is being made. The 2 heaters that I have purchased are maintaining the temperature in my through lounge extremely well. I am not yet able to calculate any energy saving but I am certainly using my gas boiler for the rest of the house a lot less.

World Class Customer Service
Climastar UK truly place the customer at the centre and my experience is that all Climastar staff deliver world class customer service. Climastar staff are driven to do the right thing by the customer and this customer centric focus runs right from the initial consultation to installation and after care service. I have experienced superb service from all at Climastar that I have been in contact with however Peter Hunter deserves a special mention. His customer service skills are second to none. I had a few technical questions and Peter demonstrated great subject matter expertise, attention to detail and a very professional and caring attitude. Me & my wife was was looking online for heaters that were completely different to you normal looking radiators for our new home.
I came across Climastar and loved the look of them so we requested a brochure to be sent in the post to me it came through within a couple of days.
we then had a call from a lovely lady in the office she was really helpful over the phone she explained the process of having a survey.
we were booked in for the date that we requested no problem at all, they called us the day before to make sure we were still ok to have the survey done.
when it came to having the survey the consultant who came to see us was Gary and he went through everything in great detail.
I'm very happy with Climastar and the whole process was easy and stress free i would highly recommend them.

We requested a brochure from Climastar…
We requested a brochure from Climastar which was received very promptly. Following this we requested a free survey. The consultant who came out David, was very knowledgable and very helpful. We decided to replace 5 of our old night storage heaters with 5 new heaters from Climastar. The heaters were all installed on 27th March 2023 and the two fitters were excellent, very polite and friendly and left everything neat and tidy.
To date we are very pleased with the new heaters which are very efficient and already saving us a lot of money. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Climastar to our friends and family.

Climastar Heating
I got really cross this morning, reading in the paper that there’s no viable green alternative to Heat Pumps for central heating. What utter rubbish! Our Climastar system (nine radiators of different sizes) was installed in December and we’re really pleased with it. It took a bit of getting used to but now every room is individually heated according to the temperature and times required and easily altered with the app as and when necessary. And the dinky little Sunap water heater is great, comfortably providing showers for all when the family came at Christmas, it will also provide enough hot water for a very large bath to soak in after a days work in the garden. Gary Lomax was extremely helpful and informative when he came to survey and quote, the installation team were efficient - there were a few glitches but these were promptly dealt with by Paul Wood, and Oliver Cadman has been very patient in assisting our low tech old brains to get around using the app.

Climastar Harmony heating and Gary Lomax
My husband and I recently had a new Harmony electric heating system installed by Climastar. It has proved to be an excellent choice. My being disabled means I need to keep warm at all times and this system is fully adaptable to our needs, and has clearly reduced our energy bill. Their Local Surveyor Gary Lomax could not have been more helpful, carefully explaining the system in great detail and giving us every chance to raise queries. We cannot praise Climastar and especially Gary too highly

The installation of my new heaters from Climastar was second to none, fantastic customer service from start to finish. The harmony heaters look great and the control they give me will definitely make a difference to my heating bills. The wretched boiler has departed…
The wretched boiler has departed together with all its' sibling problems ! Whoo hoo. All has been replaced by handsome radiators that are very quick to respond and deliver heat where needed. The system is a massive move away from the tired old, analogue, traditional 'wet system' to a simple fully controllable digital one.
The big installation was quick, on time and carried out with a very competent team.
