Harmony Heaters
I took my time choosing new heaters to replace the economy 7 that had been installed when house was built. For the size of my property only needed two 2.4kw heaters, not cheap but what I wanted.
The boys were quick and efficient fitting new and removing old heaters. Typical due to the mild Autumn and winter have only used them a handful of times unlike my neighbours who still have the old economy 7 and once on they leave them on. The control panel is easy to use and can be linked to my phone (not done at this stage).
I feel these heaters are a lot greener to use than the old economy seven

Great system - Great service!
From receiving the Climastar brochure - followed by a very helpful, informative but not 'pushy' visit from Rome - to a quick tidy installation within a few weeks, I can now confirm that I am really pleased with my new heating system....my flat is really cosy when I want it to be and the thermistat so easy to control...Great service every step of the way!

Good clean installation
Good clean installation and everything was left tidy. the operation was explained but time will tell as to how the equipment will perform and how efficiently. we hope it will be as good as was explained.

After second visit
Thank you Climastar. After Patrick came to check what was wrong Climastar sent Richard and Liam to sort things out. I can't praise all three of them enough. All problems sorted quickly without any fuss or bother. Nothing was too much trouble. Heating now great thank you again.

Great experience through out complete chain
The complete chain from Sale to Installation and Operation with Climastar was excellent. Paul Dunford spent a full Saturday morning with us taking us through the solutions, measuring the rooms and sizing/pricing the heating system. Once we committed, we were really delighted that Climastar could install in early Dec. The installation/commissioning went to plan in less than a day, replacing 7 storage heaters and the guys were friendly and tidy. We had an issue with one of the units, however this was resolved by Oliver rapidly. The system is superb, heating all the house via local or remote control. Have no hesitation in recommending Climastar, if you need reliable, efficient heating and good control.

The very first contact i had with Climastar was with a young lady called Laura, she was a lovely and delightful lady to deal with and went out her way to make sure that i was able to get a survey with being on the IOW, The home survey done by rome who was very helpful and pleasant man i have met.
I have got to say from the effort and professionalism from the staff at Climastar I'm very happy that i decided to place my order with them.

Stylish and effective
By the end of the initial consultation, we were satisfied that a Climastar radiator was the right backup to our gas CH system, and so it proved. A simple, effective and stylish booster to easily maintain the desired temperature in our sitting room. Quickly and efficiently installed, the Harmony radiator looks good and is easy to operate through its separate temperature monitor.

Sale. Installation and aftersale review.
Firstly the salesperson was thorough with lots of useful information. The consultation was done at my flat and the estimate discussed on the spot.
The installation was seamless. Old storage units were dismantled and replaced very quickly. The operatives were polite and helpful. The workings of the system was explained well and quite easy to understand.
The aftersale was brilliant. I had a few teething problems with setting up on the app and my call was answered promptly. Oliver was very good and patient as it took a while to sort out. A special nod to Oliver.
Altogether I'm pleased with the new installations. Thank you.

A good choice
After having solar panels fitted we decided electric heating was necessary. Patrick Johnstone came & asked about our situation, then explained our options. We opted for an electric boiler & water heating system. This has now been installed with minimum fuss or hassle, the engineers were very good, pleasant & polite, & cleaned up afterwards, an odd blip was sorted out.( Brad didn't leave till it was. ) As an older couple we find modern technology foreign, but Patrick has helped us so much, going above & beyond his remit, for which we are very grateful. Time will tell but at this moment we are very pleased.

Happy with the service from Climastar
Happy with the service from Climastar. Found it very helpful that the brochure arrived ahead of the survey. Heaters look good and easy to monitor and adjust on the app. One thing I didn't consider was moving off economy 7 impacted the thermostat for my boiler as it was connected to Economy 7.

We have had excellent experience
We have had excellent experience. Patrick and George worked very hard removing the old radiators, carrying them down a flight of stairs, then lugging new radiators upstairs and connecting them. After all their hard work, they left everywhere in immaculate condition. We are very pleased indeed with our new radiators, particularly the thermostatic Wi-Fi control which means that each bedroom can be set at a temperature to suit the occupant Well done Climastar!

The salesman was excellent
The salesman was excellent - we did not feel pressurised and were given lots of information.
The installers came late due to no fault of their own, so had to work fast. They cleared up afterwards and were friendly and polite.
We are very pleased with the heating and hot water system installed which works quietly and efficiently.

Left waiting 2 hours for engineer to arrive for survey for new install. No communication, requested half hour hour heads up. Rang office said will be there shortly. Half hour later called the office to be told he is delayed in traffic and will be at address 1.5 hours time. Ie 3 hours after agreed appointment time.

Dear Ravinder Moore, we are really sorry that we were unable to get to your premises at the previously agreed time. As you will see from the many Trustpilot reviews already posted on this site, we do put customer satisfaction at the top of our priorities. In this case, circumstances delayed us and we apologise for being late to your survey.
Our surveyor was detained longer than expected on a previous call. When you called the office at 16.30, we contacted the engineer. Due to his lateness in leaving the previous call and being held up by an accident on the road, his estimated time of arrival was 18.30. Our office did in fact call you, apologised and explained the situation to you. Our surveyor was on the way to meet with you and would have attended the appointment all be it later than scheduled, but understandably, you decided to cancel the appointment. Our office also gave you the option of a priority appointment at a time more convenient to you, if our late arrival was problematic for you, however, you decided against that and also not to proceed with the scheduled appointment for the day in question.
Mrs Moore, unfortunately sometimes things do not go as planned. We would have attended to your survey even if it was later in the day than originally scheduled, or we would have come at any other time requested by you. Our office did communicate with you and offered both options to you.
Once again, please accept our sincere apology and if we can be of assistance in the future, please get back in contact.
