Good experience
Fast wait time compared to other services and interviewer was very friendly and patient, communication is clear and they are very helpful.
I would recommend
Very professional & friendly experience
Very professional, yet personal, experience. I was very anxious before my assessment but Elizabeth made me feel so comfortable and at ease the whole way through.
I would recommend this organisation as they were brilliant from their first communication with me. Really lovely, kind and experienced staff and clinicians. Feel hopeful for the first time in years. Thank you.
The Clinician had a brilliant…
The Clinician had a brilliant understanding of the condition and was very patient and empathetic. Although that being said Zoom and ADHD together aren't a great combination and it was difficult to hear the Clinician a lot of the time due to my son's condition
Quick reliable survice
Paper work easier to complete as online especially when sending to the school.
Quicker wait time than NHS referal.
Once appoiment was booked all went smooth, online assessment and diagnosis the same day. Also the full report sent the same day including resources and recommendations.

10/10
After a long time of waiting we finally have answers and are very grateful! The assessment went better then I thought the lady was very nice
Short waiting time
Short waiting time, excellent communication prior to appointment and then during my assessment I was treating with dignity and kindness throughout.
Found it straight forward
Found it straight forward, especially with a high demand across the country now for adhd asd assesments. I am still waiting for my son to be assesed. my daughters adhd assessment was done within a 10 month wait now waiting medication and the Austim assessment. the assessor doctor was great; he wrote a very lengthy in-depth report which covered everything which should then lead to more support through the education side of things.

Didn’t look at the whole picture , felt rushed will no time to chat more about results .
Great service
Approximate wait of 10 months from referral to appointment for child ADHD assessment. But when through appointments readily available from the very next day. Assessor very good with diagnosis and report done the same day. Would definitely use again if needed via NHS right to chose.
Very quick and reliable service

I found clinical partners very professional and the clinician who done my daughters assessment really helped her through and made her feel comfortable, I have found my experience with them amazing and very professional
Really helpful
Helped me to understand myself a bit better and to be kinder to myself following my diagnosis.
We had a really positive experience…
We had a really positive experience with Clinical Partners for my son’s ADHD assessment. The whole process was handled professionally and sensitively, and I felt that my concerns and the information I provided about my son were genuinely listened to and taken into account.
The clinician was understanding and thorough, and everything was explained clearly. The final report was extremely detailed and gave us a much better understanding of my son’s needs and the difficulties he experiences, along with helpful recommendations for supporting him going forward.
I was also incredibly impressed with the turnaround time for the final report — it was exceptionally fast, particularly considering how thorough and detailed the report was.
After a long journey trying to understand my son’s needs, having his difficulties properly recognised and understood has been incredibly valuable. I’m very grateful for the care taken throughout the whole process and would happily recommend Clinical Partners to other families.
We were made to feel like we matter
We were made to feel like we matter, very understanding. The conversation was very casual which I liked and they reflected on other cases for references which helped a lot. We also got the outcome at the end of the call so no waiting around which was excellent. Great zoom meeting!
Speedy ADHD
I was referred to Clinical Partners for my ADHD assessment and found the whole process thorough and speedy. I spoke to several people on email(Luke, Sharon and Taofee and they were polite and friendly and answered all my questions completely and were so helpful. Lisa did my assessment and she was also great and I felt understood.
