Stay well away

Stay well away. Will say they have shifts in your area to get you to sign up when they dont. Will ignore emails and calls for weeks but then spam email constantly and refuse to take you off mailing list despite multiple unsubscribe attempts aswell as multiple emails requesting same for over a year now. Wouldn't have my professional name attached to such an unprofessional company.

Low quality support, numerous mistakes

After I called the London team and I found the staff the same just as the team in Glasgow , I decided to share this with you.
Let me introduce the most ignorant, unprofessional staff . Missing salary, missing shift confirmations, if they confirmed sometimes that was incorrect, just empty promises to get timesheets also just a promise how to put something on timesheet which is not allocated on it (other agencies timesheet are contains shift patterns but here you will find missing things), unanswered emails, first time in my life when the office staff did NOT CARES about MY HEALTH and they still lie to staff about shifts however the client does not prefer to use their service. (I absolutely understand why) It happened I said probably I will cancel my sleep over shifts... because I am too tired after that (I couldn't sleep in sleep over) and this is not worth it at all. Do you think they care you need to drive home or you cannot do your day shift properly which is starts right after your sleep over
(after no sleep)? NO. Because the shifts are MORE IMPORTANT than your health, also not important the quality of your work because without a normal sleep you cannot do a day shift after a missing sleep but they will not be bothering with that. Shocking. Top of it, that was absolutely the lowest sleep over money I have ever seen. If you are unsatisfied because their numerous mistakes in a week period and they absolutely ignoring the fact you are too tired , but you're still doing your job well, but you need to call or message them every day for different reasons because they don't do their job.
So, if you telling them these facts, they call you frustrated /they caused that/ - they will tell you to get psychological help. Yes, just because they made a bunch of mistakes, but you did zero and you cannot have a normal day off without the stress that they will cause you. They are absolutely don't see their mistakes they just perfectly fine with this 'quality' of work because that is their level. Probably they used to it.
I left the best story to the end.
I went to the placement where because of staff shortage I could not take my 1hour brake (just 15minutes). I could do, but in that case, I would leave the rest of the staff in trouble which will influence the quality of support that the patients needs and this situation was the placement fault so I worked 12hours and 45 minutes.
This is signed officially by their permanent staff on timesheet.
I got paid only after 12hours.
The Clinical 24 answer for this why : because the client didn't pay out for them that 45minutes YET.
I have never ever heard this cheap amateur thinking. So, they think I need to wait to get 15pounds till they will be paid by the client.
In a professional high standard company, they will pay out that 15pounds without a word because they respect your hard work and you did not let your colleagues down and with that you provided high standards and saved the company reputation that you represented that time. But the high standard is something which you will not find here because this company office staff has a different thinking. They haven't got a clue the most expensive and valuable thing is in the business: that is the health of your staff. But this company will ask you to wait to get your 15pounds till their chasing the client. This is insane I have never experienced or heard any similar when a company who sent me somewhere they did not pay my time after my work. They never tried to find excuses how to do not pay 15 pounds to the worker. Because to get your money after your work - that is the clinical 24 responsibility, nobody else.

This is the value and quality of Clinical 24.
A plus story from the KAOS they do in Glasgow: 03.11.2023. I sent them to my pdf timesheet which was signed by the staff on the phone screen so that is an officially signed. I received an email that the client does not accept this. Here is the truth: a week ago also was signed this way on my screen of my phone and was no problem with that. So, last week it was good, but today is different it is a problem.
Other agencies in that placement also use only digital signature on timesheet.
Companies are doing this many-many years because easy to the client and staff too and no unreasonable, unnecessary, illogical paper waste. To highlight this amount of waste. They ask you to put your shift on this paper timesheet and take a photo from it, after the paper timesheet goes to bin. So, what is the point to use a paper for 2minutes if you can do all these on your phone. Clinical 24, time to stop polluting the environment and try to catch up to others even with quality of support by office, value and respect your staff health, create a proper timesheet and do it online, stop lie /give untrue information from future placements .....
