Worst customer service ever!!!
Worst customer service ever!!!! Will not recommend it to anyone and will write a horrible review on Yelp. No one has answered my recent email. I’m disgusted. I was a Regional Sales Director for a major company and this is not what sales/customer service exemplifies. An absolutely horrible experience. I’m sure no one wat your company will respond to me, which speaks volumes.

We noticed you ordered over a long holiday week ( between Christmas and New Years ) which means we were short staffed an unable to handle any incoming telephone calls. You ordered your products on 12/27/2018 during the busiest holiday season of the year to be shipped via USPS Express Mail. We shipped to you the product on that same day . Unfortunately the address you provided was incorrect and the package could not be delivered on time according to the USPS package tracking service history fro your shipment. We are again sorry for the shipment being returned to us due to the incorrect address provided. We are able to respond faster to emails delivered to us through the customer's account within our website. We appreciate your business and hope to fulfill future orders for you!

They won’t respond to emails about your order. Sent 3 of them when order is 2 weeks placed. Going to dispute my order with the credit card company. When a company can’t even respond to you when times are “good”. I’m not sure how they will be if their is an error or mistake.
