Plus I was sent an email and told to check my account to find out what the message said. I don't have an account with you. Products are great but customer service needs to improve for the final star!

Stephanie, we are sorry to hear about your frustrations when your order was not shipped out immediately. Out shipping policies state that sometimes delays may occur in getting products shipped. We do ask our customers to read our shipping policies. If an item is on a manufacurer backorder, we cannot ship immediately if the product is not in our stock inventory. Sometimes products are ordered late by customers on a Thursday and we cannot get the product back in stock until the following Tuesday or Wednesday for shipping out to customers. We advise the general public to not wait until they are out of product to order, but to give a 1-2 week cushion to avoid delays in receiving products not manufactured by CNC. We hope you order again in the future and make sure you give a few days flexibility on shipping out to you.

Over 90% of our customers do understand that we keep a small inventory of products on hand so we can keep fresh supplies in stock for all our patients, clients, and customers. We alos ask that you do not wait until the last minute to order when you are runnig out of product at home. Give yourself enough time for us to replenish inventory levels. Sometimes a product will have an unforeseen high sales rate and leave us with a temporary out-of-stock situation whcih requires a few days to replenish.

I have found Cinical Nutrition Centers supplements to be different. Better formulated with ingredients chosen based on clinical experience which really work well together. Service is good also, I have received everything in order and on time.

We always strive to provide fast shipping pursuant to our shipping policies. It is likely you did not review our shipping policies before you ordered products. The product company Ortho Molecular has had some product inventory issues with their Core Restore Detox Kits regarding their raw material ingredient supplies. The Core Restore Chocolate is on backorder until January 2018 and their Vanilla flavor has off and on problems with the raw materials and inventory supply.
If we do not ship within 24 hours, it is likely due to the product being temporarily out of stock. We receive shipments daily from many manufacturers in order to keep up with order demands. However, most people do not wait until the last few capsules of supplements are remaining in their bottles to order products they rely upon, as they know products may need to be ordered by a doctor's office to restore stock levels.
You are always welcome to send an email message along with your order expressing the urgency to have products shipped ASAp, in that way we can address your concerns by reaching out to you with inventory information.
We are sorry you experienced one of the few times that we were low on one or more products' inventory levels, which required us to procure new and fresh products for you in order to fulfill your purchase. We understand your frustration but we believe you stretched the facts a little in recapping the timeline and timeframe on speed of shipping when taking in consideration that you likely did not read our shipping policies.
You made your order on October 4, 2017 and we shipped on October 9, 2017, which is only 5 days from the order date. This order-to-shipping timeline of 5 days for your order included the weekend, whereby we are not open on weekends nor do we ship on weekends. We think you may not have read our shipping policies.
One of the other ways we try to keep customers satisfied is also by keeping products fresh and not warehousing old products that are close to meeting a "Best Buy date". Otherwise, products can go out of date and we know other companies build into their prices the losses incurred by exopired products. At least you can rely on our products always being fresh. They are always kept in our clinic's temperature controlled store, not in an extremely hot or cold warehouse.
We always recommend not to wait until the last 1-3 days before your supplement bottles are empty, please consider re-ordering at least 7-10 days before needing products. This way you are always safe with inventory levels and shipping times. Otherwise call us in advance.

after listening to the doctor on the radio I researched some products on their website , I called in and spoke to Donna who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful . I had research the products online that I was interested in but she also gave me some information that guided me towards an additional product , I got all four items at a discount which was a pleasant surprise because they were having a sale on nutritional supplements . I received everything within two days express mail and was pleased with the products and will probably continue to re-order additional supplements from Clinical nutrition center .

To clarify so of what you are mentioning, the Clinical Professional grade nutritional products are going to be more costly due to the superior grade of raw materials and quantity of such materials for the clinical effect desired to be achieved.
