The whole experience was just so easy. I felt at ease before travelling. The travel coordinator, Ceyda, answered every little query to put my mind at ease. The hospital stay was faultless, had to use translate to communicate with but nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was beautiful. Made the recovery before travelling home so nice. Since being home I was appointed an aftercare specialist, Anil, he has been answering my questions during the recovery process. He’s always prompt and helpful. I found this such a comfort as trying to google the right answer isn’t always as helpful as you think!! I will certainly be recommending The Clinic Center to my family and friends 💕 Thank you to everyone

Spoke Selin, about my aftercare, and was put at ease, she put things in away I can understand, and has been there for all my questions, even abit in adequate, but it’s reassuring to know someone is there helping me and explaining, not judging,making things essier on this special journey thankyou all

Great experience from start to finish with the clinic center, I’ve used before and this was my second visit for hair transplant and teeth, communication from all staff involved was great I would definitely recommend there services

Everything was great untill after the surgery... let me start from saying, the surgeon was great and my surgery outcome was as I wanted. He himself checked on me and made sure things gone well.
Hospital- if your complaining about NHS your in for a treat and not a tasty one. They do not check or monitor you very well after so make sure you are with someone just in case to chase the nurse or help you when needed. Communication is none existent, put aside the language barriera as I have used phone translator all the way whenever needed.
Translators? - Nice guys but you always get someone new and they rush rush, speaking English well but good communication is not what you get as they are all lost not knowing much about things. Coordinator Efe I had not helpful eaither as he expected me to whip out my crystal ball and know the answears to my questions. If I didnt know then he promptly found somoene to blame.
Had to make a payment for an extra treatment, he send me a link, translator seen the payment go through and aproved. Treatment happend ( again great service from the Dr and his team) and the translator panicked due to pending transaction. They stressed me out into paying again even tho I showed them I cant touch the payment to cancel. Efe told me it was my problem and that its my bank issue. After few unpleasant conversations and 8 days waiting I got a refund. Never should have been asked to pay twice. Be mindful of this when going as it can create huge issues if paying by card.
Staied in hospital wirh mum extra day, he cancelled that night at the hotel without informing me and ofc no refund was offered for that eaither.
Had stitches left in my eyes who noone told me about to what to do next. Messaged Efe but he just told me off for panicking about none urgent matter on Sunday ( his day off ) and again expected me to know things by asking crystal ball it seemed. Once we got to the UK , Selina has reached out thank god 🙏 and at last communication was easy 🙌 she checked everything regarding the stitches, explained and arranged for removal withing secounds it seemed. After care with her is great, she is responsive polite and explains everything in detail. The London clinic was great too. So the Dr, his team and after care is brilliant but the rest? Well it was very stressful x

This is my second surgery with Clinic Center and both times i have used the same surgeon Dr Hakan and i cannot recommend him anymore he is an amazing gentleman with your best interests at heart, from speaking to umat the medical advisor then going onto the travel coordinator kagan that has assisted me both times in my surgeries and then speaking with selin for my aftercare, i honestly cannot fault any of them they will go above and beyond to help and advise as much as they can and are always happy to answer any questions/queries you have no matter what time of the day!! i am amazed at the care i was given please go visit the clinic center instanbul you will not regret it. Thankyou clinic Center for your continued support.

Brilliant service! Lovely people and lovely country. From start to finish the trip was seamless, everyone involved in my care were warm and respectful and knew exactly what they were doing. The itinerary was planned and executed well, and the WhatsApp aftercare check-ups have been beneficial in easing my nerves on the healing process. Thank you, God bless.

I had an amazing experience with the clinic centre in Turkey from start to finish. From the moment I first made contact, the team were incredibly supportive, informative, and reassuring. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel completely at ease about travelling abroad for my procedure.

When I arrived, everything was so well organised. Transfers were smooth, accommodation was comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional. The clinic itself was spotless and modern, and I felt confident I was in very safe hands. The medical team were outstanding—kind, attentive, and highly skilled. They made sure I understood every step of the process and checked in with me regularly.

What really stood out to me was the level of care throughout my stay. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I was always made to feel like a priority.

The aftercare has been just as impressive. Even after returning home, the team have stayed in touch, offering guidance, answering questions, and supporting me through my recovery. That ongoing care has made such a difference and really shows how much they genuinely care about their patients.

I couldn’t recommend this clinic highly enough. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I’m so grateful for the care and support I’ve received.

The whole team was great, initial consultation very informative and answered and questions had, the travel coordinator was very helpful when arranging all the transfers, the translator was very friendly, the after care team were very informative, great experience all round for a great price

I had my procedure on 4th March 2026, and everything went very well.I would like to personally thank and recommend Anil Deniz, who supported me as my aftercare specialist. He has been there every step of the way, answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns I had about the aftercare process. He has always been prompt, supportive, and very kind.I would also like to thank the nurses and the trichology team at the clinic. They were all excellent and made the experience much more comfortable for someone like me who is scared of needles. Thank you.

Their site is very clean and sterile, and I felt in good hands throughout the whole experience. From the initial contact through to the very caring and professional after care team, I would highly recommend using the Clinic Center for any work that you need doing.
