I strongly advise against using this clinic.
I underwent blepharoplasty and a facelift in 2023 and was left with significant scarring above my eyelids and worsening skin sagging. The condition has continued to deteriorate over time.
Since my surgery, the clinic has gone through major staff and management changes, and they are now unable to locate my medical records.
My hospital experience was extremely distressing. The nursing staff were rude and dismissive, and I was left without adequate care or supervision.
After spending a substantial amount of money, I was left with physical damage and emotional distress rather than the promised outcome.

It was great to be met at the airport and for all arrangements for appointments and transport to them to be done for us
Having someone to translate language was very helpful and crucial for a medical procedure
The transport was good quality
The hospital was very clean and the staff were lovely and helpful
The surgeon did a great job and visited me several times in the hospital and we saw him again at his clinic
The hotel we stayed in was very good, clean and staff were helpful
Our coordinators Melek and Sude were helpful and made arrangements easy
This was the 3rd time we have used Clinic Evoy and would be happy to chose them again

Our experience in Turkey with Malek was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel immediately welcome in a foreign land. As an attentive host, Malek went above and beyond to ensure that our journey was not only enjoyable but also enriching. She guided us through the stunning landscapes and vibrant city, sharing her extensive knowledge and help

Malek was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations, whether it was the best local restaurants to try, hidden gems to explore, or tips on navigating the bustling markets. Her passion for his country was infectious, and she took the time to tailor our itinerary to match our interests, ensuring that we experienced the very best of what Turkey has to offer.

Moreover, Malek consistently prioritized our well-being throughout the trip. Shee checked in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our accommodations and in the hospital . Her attention to detail and genuine care made us feel safe and valued, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty and richness of Turkey without any worries.

Overall, our time with Malek was a highlight of our travels, and we left with not only unforgettable memories but also a deeper appreciation for the culture and people of Turkey, all thanks to all of her exceptional hospitality and guidance.

I went to clinic Evoy for face and neck lift and eye lift. From the minute I arrived I was greeted by Melek at Izmir airport. Picked up in lovely transport. Taken to my hotel. We’re Melek sorted all that for me. The next day I was picked up taken to hospital. Were I was met by dr Hakam and his staff. Every think was explained to me in English. I went for surgery. After coming around. I can say I was looked after , by dr hakam team of nurses. They was very good at there job. Nothing was a problem. Service was 💯. Food was lovely. The next day Melek was there to take me back to hotel. Which was nice. Melek was very good. Even if I sent her a txt. The reply was fast. After my recovery I went back to see dr Hallam to be checked and receive. My fit to fly. I can honestly say I was truly looked after from start to finish. Dr hakam team are fantastic. I’m happy with my face and eye lid surgery and neck.

I was disrespected from coordinator Sude avoid all costs!!!

I had an amazing experience with Clincevoy, from the start from private pick-up to boutique hotel and exceptional Customer service from Sude with booking and my chaperone Melek.

My Dentist and her Team ensured that I was comfortable throughout the whole week as I had a full mouth design. They went through all the treatment that I was going to have from X-rays, Root canal, extractions and finally Implants!!

The team have a wealth of experience, and exceeded all of my expectations.
The pricing is fair and transparent- definitely worth the money.

After having a fear of the dentist hence my full design I am looking forward to going back to complete my treatment in a few months time.

I would highly recommend Clincevoy without hesitation.

I travelled to Turkey myself and was met at the airport by the lovely Melek .. she was so friendly i liked her the minute I met her … I got my teeth done and neck lift which I’m delighted with the results .. Melek was with me every step of the way and was available 24/7 and she went really above and beyond she is such a caring lovely kind girl which was so comforting as I was by myself in another country .. also Sude who accompanied me a few times to the dentist and assured that I was 100% happy with my teeth .. Sude also is such a lovely caring girl….I can not speak highly enough of these girls 5 STAR treatment from the minute I arrived to the minute I left … Sude and Melek are a Credit to your company …I will also be getting in touch with the managing director of Clinic Evoy to let them know how wonderful kind thoughtful and beautiful these girls are

I had a full face and neck lift at the end of April and couldn’t have asked for a better service from everyone involved. I was booked in a couple of weeks earlier but had a family emergency a few days before the surgery and Sude could not have been more helpful with changing the date. I had a carer called Malek whilst in Turkey who also was fantastic and nothing was too much of a hassle for her. She was available 24 hours a day and was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was great and transfers to all appointments and from the airport were prompt. I am very happy with the results of my surgery and would recommend this clinic and surgeon to anyone considering any surgery.

Both Melek and Sude were professional and caring throughout our experience. They were both available at all times to answer any questions and provide any support we requested, no request was too big or small. I could only recommend them and we are returning later this year for additional procedures.

Melek made my husband and I feel very welcome and looked after from start to finish

If we needed anything we received a really quick response from Melek and Sude
Sude organized things really well and kept us well informed
Both were friendly and very helpful and kind

I made a decision to have cosmetic surgery when I was in a bad place after losing my husband. The clinic weren't very understanding when I changed my mind, and until I got my bank involved, they weren't going to refund my deposit. Just think carefully before making any decisions. The language barrier isn't too bad, because the reps speak English, but it is off putting when there are things which aren't quite understood. I didn't travel in the end, so cannot comment on the standard of treatment.

I was welcomed on my arrival at the airport with a comfortable limousine. The coordination has been assured me throughout the entire time with very professional and personal caring. She is extremely patient and warm person I have known. She made my experience very pleased and memorable. Thanks you Sude for all you have done.

After searching and doing lots of research for a dentist and surgeon I finally decided to go with evoy, they replied to me straight away and we're very helpful and friendly (and spoke perfect English) after arriving at izmir Airport we were greeted by a lovely lady called sude and a driver who then took us to our hotel which was also very nice. Mine and my mums appointments were all planned for us and we were picked up and taken to all of them. The treatment was amazing, very clean and modern surgery's with very friendly staff and the treatment we had was second to none and my self and mum are very happy with our results. We had 1 day off if having treatments and the lovely sude took us shopping to all the local markets. Thank you avoy, we will definitely recommend you and look forward to our next visit in September. X

I had Tummy tuck last month with Clinic Evoy. I was welcomed at the airport with a nice car and they habe taken me to the hotel. I didn’t deal with anything. Everything was ready for me already. The hotel was amazing and the room was perfect. As the hotel is in the center, I was able to see lots of shops and my carer Sude helped me to buy good local stuff for me. The next day I was taken to the hospital for my surgery and they helped me to understand each word on the paper I signed. Mu surgeon and the hospital stuff was so friendly and I felt totally safe. I cannot wait to see my end results after my recovery 💓💓

I had really good experience with that clinic. I’ve done with this clinic my zirconium crowns which looks absolutely stunning 🤩 thanks only to Hannife Nur Ok she is so knowledgeable dentist. I can’t say how amazing she is. For all my questions she had clear unswer. She cared about me well. Big thank you to her and all nurses who was looking after me as my treatment wasn’t one of the easiest ones. Staff from clinic Evoy the best consultant for me was Sude this girl is so honest and understanding everything and trying her best to just make you happy and be helpful as much she can. During my stay I felt with her so safe and comfortable. Thank you Sude ❤️ the drivers was always on time as time was scheduled with Sude. Hotel which was booked for me was good. the staff on hotel so helpful and friendly. Food was delicious, room spacious and always clean. I was there by my own and didn’t make much mess as most of my time I was out of my room but always when I came back my room was spotless clean and fresh. Thank you Clinic Evoy for all support and all job what you done for me. I can finally confidently smile 🥹☺️ and one more time Thank you Sude 😍

I’m impressed with Berkhan I had a very good experience this staff is very helpful and cooperative especially Berkhen was my host he was all the time with us for help I’m satisfied pick and drop hotel to hospital and hospital to hotel in luxury car everything was great fantastic it was very good time. Good treatment and I want to thanks all staff.

This clinic is all about perfection, from the minute you land to when you leave and after you arrive home, I chose Evoy for the genius surgeon, his approach is more natural and, I felt, takes away the years rather than changing your look, Berkhan is there from the get go, to diminish any fears, questions etc, all in all a great experience and this is from a very very nervous patient

I had a face/neck lift, lower blephaplasty and a lip lift, I'd researched for a long time and Dr Nazmi was an excellent surgeon, very calming and confident, Berkhan was amazing organising everything and still looked after me when I got back to the UK, I couldn’t fault anything the hotel was clean and my room was lovely and spacious, from being collected in the early hours after getting off the plane to my check up appointment and then taken back to the airport went smoothly, Izmir is a great city full of interesting places all in walking distance, I would highly recommend.

I arrived at airport to be greeted by two non English speaking men ushering me into vehicle (felt very uncomfortable)
To arrive at hotel alone late and told they had no booking for me
We both tried to call Berkhan without success and I messaged to await response I waited in the lobby for over an hour until resolved within this time I again messaged Berkhan to say the hotel was not what I was expecting he said just wait until you see the room I will be happy

The hotel was a 2star at best the room was basic dark and extremely noisy as there’s a motorway directly outside
I messaged Berkhan again to say how unhappy I was to have my feelings totally dismissed
I had absolutely no sleep at all the noise was terrible to think I would have to stay here whilst recovering from major surgery was the final straw

At 6am I simply got a cab and went to airport and returned to UK

My feelings are that if I was told I was being put in luxury hotel then that’s what I expect
if can’t trust you in the first instance I can’t trust the rest of my experience won’t be the same

I’m now using someone else and they advised me that anyone having a tummy tuck should not be travelling long haul flights (over 3hrs) after 7 days this is dangerous you must stay for minimum 14days and ideally not have flown for 7days prior to any operation

Also on social media having comments switched off should be a huge red flag even the surgeon has no commenting on instagram

What can I say amazing from start to finish. I was travelling to Turkey on my own to have corrective surgery due to PDO thread lift gone wrong in the UK. I was so scared about having surgery due to my experience in the UK. Berkhan put me at ease from day one and arranged a video consultation with Dr Nazmi and from that consultation I felt safe with him doing my operation. I had face, neck and eye lid lift. When I woke up from my operation I had handed the threads which Dr Nazmi removed durning surgery, this had affected my mental health severally over the past 2 months so to see them removed from my face I was so happy.
Berkhan was excellent and answered all question and concerns immediately. I would like to thank Dr Nazmi, Berkhan, the nurses, lady transfer driver, staff at hotel, and social media lady fir everything.
Berkhan also introduced me to another lady who had the same surgery done as me on the same day this just added to my experience and we spent the week together out and about.
I would highly recommend using Evoy clinic, I would use them again and recommend to family abs friends. I can’t wait to see the end result of my face in the coming month. Thank you all 🙂
