I flew from Australia to have a septorhinoplasty performed. I had been consulting with Jazmin for a few months prior to the surgery and she was excellent in communicating, answered all my questions, and knew what she was doing - very thankful for her!

At the clinic, I had a translator who was friendly and assisted in comms with all the staff. Dr. Onur performed my surgery and he interpreted my requirements very well and executed perfectly.

Overall, the experience was very good. The only complaints I have were the lack of individual AC control at the Nirvanas hotel (temperature is set for all rooms). So the room was too hot and caused a bit of discomfort - but that’s the hotels fault, not Grand Clinics!

Con un po’ di fatica sono riuscito a ottenere esattamente ciò che desideravo, anzi, il risultato ha superato le mie aspettative. Mi riferisco sia alla qualità dei denti che mi sono stati applicati, sia alla professionalità dei dentisti: molto veloci e abili, soprattutto se confronto il loro lavoro con quello dei professionisti che conosco in Italia.

Ho avuto qualche difficoltà nella fase di consulenza, perché poco prima della partenza la mia referente non era più disponibile. In un primo momento mi sono scoraggiato, ma la clinica ha subito rimediato facendomi contattare da un altro consulente che parlava italiano. Ho dovuto ricominciare da capo e spiegare nuovamente tutte le mie esigenze, ma alla fine è andato tutto per il meglio.

Il servizio offerto dalla clinica odontoiatrica è davvero piacevole: le collaboratrici sono gentili, premurose e molto attente ad ascoltare e comprendere le necessità del cliente, facendo il possibile per soddisfarle. Anche il servizio di trasporto dall’aeroporto alla clinica e dall’hotel alla clinica è stato eccellente: mezzi di categoria lusso, sempre puliti e dotati di aria condizionata, con autisti seri e professionali.

L’unica nota un po’ negativa riguarda l’albergo. Prima della partenza mi era stato indicato un hotel diverso, che dalle foto sembrava migliore. Quello assegnatomi era sempre un quattro stelle, situato in periferia, ad Aviral. Nelle vicinanze si trovano comunque tutti i servizi necessari: fermate di autobus dirette alla metro, ristoranti e negozi.

Nonostante qualche piccolo inconveniente, mi sento di consigliare vivamente la Grand Clinic. Il servizio odontoiatrico è eccellente, a patto che da parte del cliente ci sia impegno e volontà nel rispettare quanto stabilito nel preventivo.

I'm referring to both the quality of the teeth I received and the professionalism of the dentists: very fast and skilled, especially when compared to that of professionals I know in Italy.

I had some difficulty with the consultation because shortly before my departure, my contact person was no longer available. I was initially discouraged, but the clinic quickly resolved the issue by sending me to another consultant who spoke Italian. I had to start over and explain all my needs again, but in the end, everything worked out well.

The service offered by the dental clinic is truly pleasant: the staff are kind, attentive, and very attentive to listening and understanding the client's needs, doing everything possible to meet them. The transportation service from the airport to the clinic and from the hotel to the clinic was also excellent: luxury vehicles, always clean and air-conditioned, with dedicated and professional drivers.

The only slightly negative note concerns the hotel. Before leaving, I was recommended a different hotel, which looked better from the photos. The one assigned to me was still a four-star, located on the outskirts of Aviral. All necessary services are nearby: bus stops leading to the metro, restaurants, and shops.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, I highly recommend Grand Clinic. The dental service is excellent, provided the client is committed and willing to respect the agreed-upon price.

I went to Istanbul thinking I was trusting a reputable clinic. I chose Grand Clinic for a hair transplant and abdominal liposuction, believing in the promise of professional and compassionate service. Unfortunately, it was a mistake.

From the moment I arrived, everything was rushed. No real consultation, no listening. The transplant was poorly performed: botched implantation, uneven hairline, uneven areas. As for the liposuction, I experienced a nightmare: severe pain, a deformed stomach, and almost non-existent post-operative follow-up.

Worse still: no consideration for my concerns. The staff seemed rushed, distant, and unprofessional. Once the money was collected, I felt like they no longer cared.

Today, I have to seek care elsewhere to make up for what I can. This experience cost me much more than money—it affected me deeply, both physically and psychologically.

I absolutely do not recommend Grand Clinic. If you care about your health and well-being, avoid this clinic.

I was at the clinic for face-lift and checkup I would say that there is a great deal of improvement in there services. Especially the consultant Rahma that lady is a polyglot and very professional and I would totally recommend and I think the Doctor's name was Dr. Murat.

Regarding surgery results, I'm super happy after doing the temporal brow lift, lower blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty. Still under recovery but I can already see great results .
My constant Dave was always present fom the first communication through WhatsApp, and responsive to any question or doubt and programmed all my journey in Istanbul according to my needs.

A week ago I had my own operations - BBL, 360 liposuction, thigh luxuction and Tommy Tuck. Mini that I am swollen results are visible and I am satisfied. Grand Clinick organized everything well, the transfer was always on time, the chauffeurs helped to get in and out of the car. The staff of the Land Park Hotel were very nice and helpful, I could ask for the least favor - they were very happy to help. Kyle- medical consultant always answered my questions - the more important ones, and even the little ones, he was able to calm my nerves, stress and fears of surgery. The only problem is communication in your own language - but using Google Translator, language barriers disappear. I am very happy that I have a really small wound after the operation, which is nice and evenly fused. I can't wait for all the swelling to come down. I think it was worth going to the Grand Clinic to fulfill your dream. Op.dr Murat Bilgin, Kyle and the rest of the people who accompanied me on my visit and Istanbul - thank you very much. I recently had a horrendous experience at Grand Clinic in Istanbul, where I went in for an abdominal High Definition Liposuction costing 2700£, only to receive a normal liposuction procedure instead. The final result was not only disappointing but also left my abdomen looking worse than before.

What truly added insult to injury was the fact that I was charged for a procedure that was not performed. The aftercare provided by the clinic was practically non-existent. Once they had my money, they became completely unresponsive to my concerns. Even when I tried to address the issue with the doctor through a video call the day before I left for the UK, he evaded my questions and seemed hesitant to provide any answers.

Upon seeking a second opinion at a reputable clinic in London, it was confirmed that I had received a different procedure than what I had paid for at Grand Clinic in Istanbul. To make matters worse, when I attempted to reach out to the consultant, Kyle, who had been my main point of contact throughout this ordeal, I found myself suddenly blocked on all platforms.

The aftercare team at Grand Clinic proved to be unprofessional and unqualified individuals, with most of them being young girls who lacked proficiency in English. Their disrespectful demeanor towards patients only added to the overall negative experience.

In conclusion, I strongly urge anyone considering Grand Clinic in Istanbul to steer clear at all costs. The misleading procedures, lack of accountability, and unprofessional aftercare make this clinic a place to avoid. Save yourself the trouble and seek reputable and trustworthy medical services elsewhere.

I came from UK last year to Grand Clinic for gynecomastia surgery, I was so scared and wasn’t 100%sure if I was going to go ahead with the operation when I arrived. One of the most horrific experience of my life, I got a breast lift September 2023 with dr Ali Nurhan Ozbaba! He couldn’t even communicate with me english, and the rest of the staff ither, he is just an amateur, back to UK I contacted others plastic surgeons, the wounds were still opened and inflamed, the pain and the soreness were unbearable!!! I expended more than 4,000 pounds in medicines, appointments with other drs etc! Shame on you Grand Clinic!!

Management is diabolical. Not interested in helping you if you have complaints in anyway possible. When I complained from the poor service I received the manager told me that if I wanted a better and higher quality service to go to another place and pay more, couldn’t even believe it he said it.

All they cared was to take my money and sign the docs without even letting me the chance to read it.
