I visited mono for a breast augmentation. I was really impressed from the get go by their communication with me, especially Beste, all my questions and concerns were answered almost immediately. When I arrived in Izmir I felt immediately welcomed and looked after. A very special thank you to Dr Ergin for giving my confidence back and for all the beautiful nurses who took care of me during my stay and to Mohamed for always checking in on me and organising all of my transport and appointments. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have cosmetic surgery.

I came From South Africa to Turkey for a gastric sleeve surgery and i was anxious but when i got to the clinic i got to calm down and relax because the Mono Clinic staff were so kind and helpful Esra helped with almost everything it was a smooth experience from walking in and out of the country i would recommend Mono Clinic to anyone who is looking forward to have any surgeries can’t wait to come back for tummy tuck….A special shout out to my dietician Çağla after two months post op gastric sleeve I still have her on speed dial as my specialist every time I need to confirm is something is good for my recovery and healing she always there for me. I recently visited Mono Clinic and loved the experience. Ayca was so professional and helped me with so many admin things before my trip and after returning home. She was so friendly and helpful.

Damla has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my mommy makeover journey. This is our fifth time coming with mono…
This is our fifth time coming with mono and we had Mohamed as our coordinator who was the sweetest, kindest soul. Truly was such an amazing coordinator and made my mums treatment go smoothly. She came to fix her veneers that she had initially done at the clinic with Dt Burak Anil Sarp who is very rude and aggressive. The coordinator made the treatment go well and made up for the dentists’s rudeness, and harshness. I wouldn’t recommend getting any dental treatment done with the clinic as he doesn’t care about the patients and wants to get them done as quickly as possible so he can be left alone - no regards to whether their in pain or not. The coordinators are really the superstars of the show.

I have just experienced a team that is exceptionally skilled,courteous and delivers truly exemplary care.
From the beginning of making a decision to under take the mummy make over procedure, my first contact Beste had exceptional communication, taking me through the procedure step by step, with exceptional communication! I give Beste, 5 stars in her communication and making my trip or travel very seamless to Dr. Eren with his team at the clinic, the after care nurses, the drivers, the hosts at the hotel.
And last but not least my clinic coordinator Mohamed what a very polite, courteous and professional man!
