I was very happy with Anastasia service.. until I rung directly to Spain the hospital De Navarra - and they said that they don’t know the dr. Ofer Merimsky !! They just trying to get money of you !

I was impressed by Dr katernya professionalism and attention to detail. Their work was consistently high quality and timely. I would definitely recommend her for help and information thank you very much.

I can safely say I felt in good hands with Kateryna being my medical coordinator. I received swift responses to any inquires I had, any delays I had ran into, such as waiting for MRIs to be released to me, were met with patience and understanding. All worries I had were met with reassurance and clear paths to how things would proceed. Even once my surgery was complete I received constant messages for updates on how I was feeling, how the travel was and a general sense of being in good hands was always present. 10/10 would recommend.

The co-ordinator assigned to me via the clinic web site was professional, understood my situation clearly and arranged a quick appointment with the right doctor who extended immediate treatment. I highly recommend this service and would use it again if needed.

I had breast surgery 2 months ago and I am very happy with the result. I was too scared for this operation and it was very difficult to find a place that I could trust, luckily I met coordinator Anna who were excellent with her team and doctors from the first time I went to the inspection. It was very well taken care of. My doctor Ergin Er had a very successful and beautiful operation. If I knew it would be that simple, I would have done it sooner.

Good afternoon. everything was excellent. They helped me find a clinic for the procedure two months faster than I was looking for myself, and also cheaper. The consultant helped quickly and efficiently. All administrative and organizational issues were carried out at a high professional level. The clinic where I was treated also corresponds to a high level of comfort, staff and doctors. I remained immensely grateful to them. I will use their services again if necessary.

Dr. Kateryna did a terrific job helping my wife and I get quick treatment for a longtime close friend with a life-threatening heart condition. She helped us to find and get the treatment needed from an excellent hospital and top-of-the-line cardiologist. The task was very difficult because of cost, urgency, language and travel issues. She was in Poland, the patient was in Kurdistan, with limited resources, the doctor and hospital were in India, and we were in the U.S. She was absolutely the best - caring, available 24/7, and helping us over several days to interface with multiple doctors, in order to find a solution for a complicated life threatening issue and a very worried patient. Can’t say enough about what she was able to help us accomplish! She was literally a life-saver.

Vladimir Muradyan is a very kind person who cooperates with absolutely everything. He kept me informed about the date of my admission to Liv Hospital, what I should do as tests. Answer all my questions quickly and accurately. I was very pleased with the organization from the airport in Istanbul they took me over and accompanied to the hotel, then every day a transfer was organized to the hospital. I was in heaven, in a word. Organization at level. Flawless communication. In the hospital itself quick accommodation, the interpreter was very kind and reliable. Medical care at the level and it was obvious that people working in the hospital love their job. Everyone was very smiling and attentive. I am very pleased with the results. I recommend it.
