Where do I Start me my sister and friend where all botched from this company i had pectoral implants gynomastia and 360 lipo suction. The first red flag was when I was giving a female garment which scooped under my chest so my whole chest was exposed bearing in mind I had 2 separate operations on my chest which 1 alone should of been wrapped and compressed fast forward a few weeks later back in the UK my chest was swelling so bad I had to pay private on 3 separate times to have large amount of seromas draind and after this I notice there was still a lump under my nipple so agen I had to pay private for a ultrasound which indicated there was a mass so had to pay flights and hotel accommodation to visit I was told it was just a harden seroma after ali the manager attempted to drain it so agen I belive this after returning back to the UK 8 weeks later it was still there so agen flights and hotel I had to pay for agen I was took to some office building with yeliz from my imperial care ali a sectary and my partner where I was giving local anesthetic and ali the manager and a doctor cut and peeled back my nipple and removed 2 large flesh kind of lumps and I was sent on my way this time happy thinking it had gone but no a few mont later it was still there so yes agen had to pay flights hotel this time they did the revision not only to remove the mass which turned out to be dead flesh the surgeon who did my surgery left behind but also to remove the fat he had left in me 1900cc worth from my flanks and 900cc from each pectoral after healing from this I noticed my implants seemed to be lower and further apart and on 1 occasion moving some furniture my right implant folded in half like you would fold a sandwich i managed to massage it back in to place but now for the last 10 month my implants moved and rotate every day I contacted the surgeon who did this and he told me that the pockets are to large and need tightening but I would have to pay pay HIM the 1 that botched me so I contacted clinics united who have messed me around for 9 month to then refuse to fix this they're the most rudest company I have ever come across they come back with lie after lie they have ruined my life along with my imperial care I would avoid both these company's they shop around looking for cheep surgeons they do not have and surgeons who work directly for them they scope out as easily as sending text messages around with prices to see who wants the business and this is a fact as I did get close with a member of staff avoid this company you will regret it

I had my surgery preformed by the surgeon on the 22/08/22. I had a mommy makeover, my breasts are completely square shapped, flat at the bottom. My nipple sits way to high on the breast, i am extremely unhappy with my outcome

A prof with 30yrs experience & trained other surgeons.. I should have seen it coming !! I was a guinea-pig for a trainee surgeon & my body has been botched for life!! Over and under correction meant lumps bumps and huge hip dips not even revision surgery could fix!! Plus I had No pain relief staff took my reg pain meds for FMR & left me in AGONY for hours!! Paid gor revision op Or option was have same inexperienced Dr attempt to fix his mistakes Its just a meat market!! NO AFTERCARE IN UK!!! Revision surgery April 2024 I paid for fixed my non existent waist bumpy stomach but punctured a breast implant now needing 10k of surgery in uk.. never ever go to Turkey for surgery!

I had a gastric sleeve on the 3rd of july. The surgeon was great and overall my operation was a sucess. I have to give special credit to my translator/guide EFE. EFE made my trip extra special. He was available to contact night and day. I was worried about my surgery but he put me at ease and also helped me speak to other health care proffesionals to answer all my queries. I couldnt have asked for a better service. Thank you EFE for making my experience so great! I hope to see u again

I embarked on my journey to Antalya on the 10th of June for a gastric sleeve procedure. I must extend my heartfelt thanks to Alex, who was nothing short of AMAZING from the moment I reached out to Clinics United, all the way through to post-surgery. Her prompt and thorough responses to my inquiries instilled a deep sense of safety and trust.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Efe, whose seamless coordination made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His exceptional support and guidance through the pre-op phase were invaluable, and he patiently addressed all my concerns.

And then there was Dr. Erdem, my surgeon, whose skillful hands and humble professionalism have gifted me a new lease on life. My gratitude towards him and the entire team is boundless. I eagerly anticipate the fresh start that awaits me.

From my first contact to Claudia cagla it was all smooth , from the word go she made me calm ,as I was very scared , I travelled alone and she met me there , the hospital was welcoming clean airey and lots of natural light .I had all tests done and was ready for my op , all staff there were brilliant ,Claudia was so helpful messaging me while in hospital checking on me , opperation went smoothly , I'd highly recommend this clinic , I couldn't of asked for anything better , room big , shower tv arm chair , very quite so I got a good night sleep , my surgery went well I'm now week 11 and 4 stone down , my whole life has changed , I exercise daily ,I eat well and Claudia is still messaging me checking I'm OK

Please do not book with this company. They look good on the surface, that’s why I booked with them - but they do always say you should judge a company on how they behave when things go wrong - and that’s when Clinics United revealed themselves to be dishonest, uncaring, con merchants.

I did months of research before choosing this clinic/Dr for my surgery and I felt very confident in my decision, until a week before I was due to travel.
I needed the procedure to be carried out at the end of March so that the downtime involved would tie in with my work and other commitments , I started sending my pictures to many clinics and surgeons in December.
The Clinics United contact I was dealing with was Alex, she said she had forwarded my pictures to their preferred surgeon for this procedure, Dr Cemal Firat. She came back to me quickly with his suggestions and a price. I researched Dr Cemal Firats instagram and private website (I followed this same process with many different clinics and surgeons) I was impressed with his before and after pictures, it wasn’t the cheapest quote I had, but I didn’t want to base my decision purely on price, this surgery was on my face, and I wanted to feel confident in the surgeons skills. In January I booked the procedure, the deep plane face and neck lift that I had originally requested, and also a lower blepharoplasty, as apparently advised by the surgeon when he saw my pictures.
I booked the time off work, arranged my schedule to allow for the recovery time, booked my flights for 24th March 2024 and surgery was booked for the day after my arrival.
The week before I was due to leave, on my recommendation, a friend also enquired about a procedure with clinics united. She asked specifically for my surgeon as she knew I had already done my homework on him. She was told that he was no longer going to be working with them as he’d put his prices up.
I contacted Alex and asked if everything was ok for my surgery, she said it’s the first she’s heard of it but if there was any issue she had another surgeon that will do it and forwarded me a link to his instagram account. Alarm bells rang and I wrote back to her saying I was really worried and wanted to go with the surgeon I have researched. She started showing her true colours then. Very sharp replies, basically said ‘it will go ahead as planned, it’s you that’s saying otherwise, as far as I’m concerned all is well’ She said she would check with his assistant on Monday and confirm to me. I heard nothing back from her so contacted her again on the Tuesday. She replied to give her an hour and she’d be in touch to discuss it. So I knew by then something was wrong. 3 or 4 hours later she messaged me this….

‘’After discussing many times with the surgeon Prof dr cemal Fırat, he asked about more money, after discussing with my manager , he said that the surgeon has no right to increase the price after dealing with the patient.
When i asked him why you didn't inform me before, he said once the patient come to do the consultation , i will inform her which is unprofessional to do it.
Because of that we stop working with this surgeon.
We have another surgeons we are working with them, which are all professional,also the patients are very very satisfied.
Professor dr fikret eren, he is a very good surgeon, specifically in face and neck lift, we advise you to do your surgery with him, under our responsibility.
Trust me he is a very good surgeon.
Also i can promise you to have a good result’’

I looked at the other surgeon she recommended, he had no before and after pictures on his Instagram, it was mainly picture’s of him doing injectables (fillers, botox etc).
I was so upset, I rang her and said i wasn’t comfortable with this surgeon. She said ‘you knew nothing about the other surgeon until I recommended him and now I’m recommending this one, what’s the difference’ I said he had no pictures of his work for me to view. She claimed this was because some people don’t want to have their pictures on social media, and he respects his patients privacy! Utter rubbish, maybe you’d have the odd shy patient, but before and after pictures are how all surgeons in Turkey get their work.
I had obviously completely lost confidence in clinics united at this point but everything was arranged for me to leave in just 5 days time and I knew if I didn’t go then I wouldn’t be able to rearrange it for another 18 months. In desperation asked how much extra it would cost to have the original surgeon. She said €3000! If it had been a few hundred pounds I would have made up the difference but that was ridiculous!

There was more I wanted to write but I have ran out of characters but their poor and uprofessional approach continued. This has turned into a really long post but if it stops one person booking with this terrible company then it’s worth the time I’ve taken to write it. Good luck

I can truly recommend this Clinic. My friend did her gastric sleeve almost 8 months ago and I was also interested. When I arrived a driver picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hospital. Fatma was already there and translated the upcoming paperwork.
The operation went very well. I felt save and supported. Fatma is available almost 24/7 when you have a question. Also the doctor comes every day to check on you.

I made the jump to have a gastric sleeve. Struggled with yo-yo weight fluctuations for years and finally decided enough was enough and I needed to get it under permanent control at last.

Can’t explain why I chose this hospital. I think it was the initial conversations with Claudia who answered my initial query email. She was very knowledgeable and professional so it led me to trust her and the hospital.

Had my surgery February 2024. Was picked up by Efe and taken to the hospital. I found him to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions in great detail so that when I met the surgeon, the surgeon was essentially repeating everything I had heard.

On the day of my operation I was met with Damla who along with Efe took me round all the different specialists for test prior to operation. She was really friendly and sweet and made sure my stay was comfortable.

Hospital is nice and clean. Only real criticism was I felt I didn’t have much privacy as there was people constantly in room either cleaning or checking on me when all I wanted to do was sleep.

The surgeon himself was excellent. Very friendly warm and made me feel at ease that everything would be fine.

After many attempts to lose weight failed, after the extra pounds affected my health and self-confidence, I decided to take radical measures. Everything went very well, Fatma took care of everything and the sisters were always there when you needed something.
Dr. Erdem Can Yardımcı is very professional and took care of you every day regarding aftercare.

I had gastric sleeve surgery last Saturday and everything went very well. The doctor explained about surgery before and aftercare. I received a good welcoming and support by Damla, she was a professional practitioner, she explained all the procedures and cover any questions I had. Also Damla and Claudia make sure to see me everyday and take care about me, both and all workers are kind and friendly. I really recommend for 100%. I can’t wait to seem them again for another treatment 😊

So I've finally returned back from Antalya, Turkey after a blepharoplastry procedure 1 week ago.
I inquired to Clinics United via WhatsApp to a lady called Alex. She was extremely helpful... she dealt with all questions, transportation, arranging procedures, hotel, and so on.
Once I arrived, I met Damla, who dealt with everything whilst I was there. She stayed with me during the whole of the procedure and aftercare.
I decided to ask her to enquire to see how much it would cost to have a CT scan whilst I was there as I have problems with appointments back in the UK. within minutes, she managed to get a quote and find a slot for me.
I could go on and on with only positives, but all I can do is give a huge thank you to them, and they will literally do almost anything for you.

So, here's my brief summary of the operation in Antalya. Everything was organised via clinicsunited.com. Fatma was my contact person. I was picked up from the airport. I was at the hospital at 7pm, checked into my room at 7.12pm and had blood taken and an ECG. Then I had a light but tasty dinner. The next day was surgery day, but before that I was shown round various wards. Fatma was always by my side when I had to see a cardiologist, a lung specialist, an ultrasound, an X-ray and then - because of my poor values - a nephrologist. In between, I was also told that I had gallstones. In the end, I was ready for the operation and I was able to put on my smart shirt. I was taken to the operating theatre at around twelve o'clock, was able to lie down and was given my access. Suddenly my eyes went black and I woke up two hours later. Completely pain-free, probably thanks to the painkiller. Back in the room, I was able to collect myself and get up after just three hours. I have four small holes in my abdomen, which were closed with self-dissolving stitches. The next two days I was driven. I was told to walk, walk, walk and do breathing exercises. Drinking in sips for the first time also worked well. Tea, lactose-free milk, apple juice and water made me feel full. In between, there were repeated infusions (vitamins, painkillers, saline solution, blood thinners and antibiotics). All in all, I actually feel the same as before, as long as I don't push myself to the limit (which I don't intend to do). On the last day I had a short nutritional counselling session (Fatma was there) and was briefed on the plan for the next few weeks. I currently weigh around 122 kilos and the target range is 85-90 kilos - I still have a decent amount of muscles 💪 The doctor who operated on me was briefly on the ward round every day, a very likeable young man who previously worked as an oncological surgeon, Dr Erdem Canyardimci The hospital isn't brand new, but it's absolutely fine. It has all the necessary wards to be able to intervene in intensive care! And there is a lot of staff on the wards. All in all: any time again - but that's just a recommendation! For most of you, this would probably not be an option because you have more confidence in the German healthcare system and would therefore prefer to undergo nutritional counselling and a sports programme first or pay more money as a self-payer. For some, my approach can be an alternative to find the right path. In the end, everyone has to decide for themselves!

Recently had a face and neck lift with Dr Yilmaz, he was absolutely amazing and so friendly. I am impressed with the results so far. Damla picked me up from the airport and was with me throughout the process, she was so nice and very helpful. Alexandra helped me with the booking process and was really informative and friendly. From start to finish the whole process was fantastic. The staff looked after us really well. The hospital and room was spotlessly clean. Damla was looking after us, she explained everything to us, my son was anxious so this was really good. Damla also gave her phone number to me, I could contact her at anytime.
