I rate Cliniko highly.

I'm astonished to read the negative reviews - I have used Cliniko for years. The software itself is great, does what it should do, it's intuitive.

The team are responsive - true, there's no phone support, but they respond within a couple of hours, and there's not been anything they couldn't handle, and have always been patient explaining when it's a user issue.

Really recommend them - it's a really good price for the product offering.

DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!

DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!! The software is confusion and this is the most important thing. THEY DO NOT OFFER TELEPHONE SUPPORT!!! You wait days for a response and they don't even answer the question.

Avoid this Company

I would have given a zero rating for Cliniko if it was possible.
I received an unsolicited email from Cliniko booking website who I had never heard of, advising 'confirmation'.of an appointment that I supposedly made with a Podiatry clinic over 60 miles from where I lived. It was sent on a Friday for the 'apparent' appointment to be the following Monday.
I did not making this booking either with Cliniko booking website nor the Podiatry clinic itself. Nor do I intend to. There was a.distinct cancellation 'link' on this email which I knew if I clicked on would have consequences of some sort.
I contacted the clinic directly who have not replied to my email.
Therefore I can only come to the conclusion that this is a.scam.

I will be making a formal complaint about both of these Companies.

Would not recommend any dealings with this Company
