Went to this company as the motorhomes appeared in good condition according to the advertised pictures. How wrong we were! We originally hired Thor. Our initial impression was this van appears very uncared for: the bodywork is battered everywhere you look. Inside very tired but maybe we can get past this. We stayed our first night in Las Vegas when we discoved the air conditioning didn't work, the van was dirty inside, the mattress needed retiring, the Privacy Curtain for windscreen was in tatters and didn't attach so we called Clint. He brought us a replacement van (Shortie) which was smaller. We soon discovered many issues with this van too. Again the Air-conditioning didn't work and the mattress waz all taped together and collapsing. The mains hose didn't stay attached under pressure, the Crockery and cutlery was mismatched and random. The TV had no remote and was damaged (lines across screen). Again the van was not clean and neither were the contents. There front seat covers were filthy. Shelves in fridge were rusty. There was so much left over stuff from previous hirers that we had to bag it all up so that we could get our own things/food in the cupboards.
The supplied table and chairs were in shocking condition.
The heating controls were broken and we had to fix ourselves.
Prior to our trip Clint had been great with communicating through email and WhatsApp but once we complained about the condition of Thor the communication became very challenging. Clint claiming that he couldn't see messages through this media and when we eventually reached him through using someone elses phone he asked us to communicate through wheelbase. We tried this but again no response. Fortunately the RV didn't present any mechanical issues.
All in all a very bad experience for us and we would never use this company again. We saw some great sights however the RV turned what should have been an amazing holiday into a mediocre one. Very disappointing and embarrassing to send photos home of our holiday. Please use another rental company.
