Customer service is amazing.
I needed a colour match and they gave me the perfect recommendation.
I found them very easy to contact on what app.
The hair quality is incredible. I have 22”50g royal tapes in ice blonde and a 22”120g royal weft in ice blonde. I have used a well known high end celebrity backed brand for nearly 9 years and clip hair so far has blown away my expectations at a fraction of the price.
It’s washed lovely, no shedding and silky. Very impressed. Thanks clip hair

Not even had the hair in over 2 weeks and it’s horrendous quality. Previously had the same problem. Like a big bushy knot at the bottom and won’t brush.

Quality Is Nice, Quantity Isn’t
The hair quality itself is great — soft, smooth, and a lovely colour. However, if your natural hair is thick hair like mine, these extensions are nowhere near enough for a full blend. Unfortunately, once you open the package you can’t return it, so now I’m stuck trying to resell them somewhere. For me it ended up being a waste of money, even though the product quality is good.

Having reviewed your order, we can see that you purchased one of our standard clip-in ranges, rather than our Remy Royale collection. Unlike our Remy Royale range, these extensions are not Double Drawn, meaning they are not designed to provide the same fullness from root to tip. Customers with naturally thicker hair often prefer our Double Drawn Remy Royale range for a fuller finish.
We have not received any contact from you regarding this, so we have not had the opportunity to assist. If the hair has not been worn, styled, or brushed and remains in its original condition, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@cliphair.co.uk.
