I’ve been buying invisible tapes for two years now. My hair is super thin and short. Clip hair tapes are beautiful and last me at least 6 months +. I’ve tried a variety of shades of blonde too, with every pack being beautifully soft and long lasting - no frizz. I use heat daily and I find them low maintenance for me personally. Love the quality and fast delivery! I made a mistake with my order and I emailed customer service and they couldn’t be anymore helpful. Customer service representative Briony was so quick to deal with my order and I couldn’t have asked for someone more professional! I definitely felt valued as a loyal customer and Briony literally catered to my needs as I had a professional hair appointment booked and needed the extensions and help asap! I received my order the next day with free samples. My tapes have been fitted and they’re perfect!

great customer service, quick to resolve queries and show genuine interest in retaining customers. The hair quality is good, super soft and silky. I bought hair extensions, hair extensions holder and 2 brushes which complement the hair extensions really well and make daily care for them much easier!

I am very unhappy, I paid £400 for hair extensions, I have had them in 2 days and they have split and feel like straw I am deeply deeply upset I purchased these to help with my self confidence, I had to save up for these as I am single mum and a mum to 1 child with autism, I feel like I have been robbed I am so sad the effect this has had on me is terrible. I have used your hair extensions on 3 different clients all 3 were happy the hair felt good and lasted well. I use your shampoo and conditioner and always recommend my clients do as well. I feel there could be more cheeky little bargain buys for account holders but overall it’s a 5 star for clip hair.
