Clippsly is pretty good!
Hi! I have been using Clippsly for a while now and it's honestly really good, I've known some of Clippsly's developers for a bit now and they are super nice and really put a lot of work into Clippsly. I have seen a lot of the things Clippsly has added, is planning on adding, etc etc. Clippsly genuinely is a really good publisher with passionate developers. Excited to see what they have in store for the future! I only give it 4 stars cause occasionally there are issues with moderation & the website, but they usually are fixed briefly.

The company shows a lack of professionalism, the site contains many reprehensible errors that allow you to enter your own code into the site, redirect other users, obtain their IP addresses and there are probably many more shortcomings. In my opinion, it looks like they are doing "tests" on production. Employees change usernames for no reason, send strange messages on the site, block access to the account and make account activity publicly available.

Hi, replying to your review. Yes we are doing work and tests on both production and preview parts of Clippsly. About actions which took place on your account, from what one of our team members said the display name which have been reset on your account contained not allowed characters, the issue have been patched with in minutes.
You account access have been terminated because of you harassing one of our team members, which we find unacceptable.
About public account activity, we are showing most parts of user's activity such as commenting, posting tracks, profile changes during the testing "beta" period. Site may contain errors as it is not a finished product.
Moderation is not descriptive enough
Three of my accounts got deleted, each made after the last one for the broad reason of “violating the terms of service”, with no explanation or reasoning provided. My first account got a warning out of nowhere reading: “YOU AIN’T BLANKA LIL BRO 😭🙏”. Account reactivations after warnings were broken at the moment, so I created a new account.
The two accounts I made after that got closed within a few days of me making them, despite having no activity on the accounts aside from linking my SoundCloud. Nowhere in the Terms of Service does it state making another account after recieving a warning is not allowed.
Communication for account moderation could be improved, potentially requiring moderators or staff to provide proper and descriptive reasoning when moderation actions are taken on accounts.

Hi, I understand your frustration about moderation actions that you've received, however we have no place for impersonation of our employees at Clippsly.
Additionally, yes you're allowed to create new accounts unless you're strictly told not to e.g. your moderation reason is "Your account has been in violation with our Community Guidelines, you're not welcome at Clippsly". If you receive a moderation containing "you're not welcome at Clippsly", you're simply not allowed to create or posses any new accounts.
About communication, our email support and our team members are almost always available for you to reach out to them, yes you can directly appeal moderation actions in private with our team members outside email. Also you're guaranteed a response via email in less than 24 hours.
