Jho Valentine was very helpful in their customer service. I received a promo code in my email that just would not work when I was switching over to an annual package. He went ahead and set it up manually and gave me the discount. I was looking for the customer service was very fast friendly and efficient

So far.......It works

The art of shinobi is to mask your identity with this service. A password manager for Identities for $10.00/a month, but there is a catch. Their Data Broker Removal Service is really 'really' slow. But it works.

I was getting hundreds of spam calls, it was ridiculous!
Since I got cloked, I hardly ever get a spam call now. I'm very happy, I got cloaked

Good

I have seen where my info is or was and I recognize a whole bunch of it. I am pleased with this service tremendously. I can't do the call forwarding cellular one I don't think is good about that and I don't want callers I know to have to go through that I blocked numbers but they have all different ones. Burner phones. You call back it says your call cannot be completed I do that before I block. But they have lessened somewhat. I get calls from Oklahoma California all over I'm not about to give out my information so don't

Tasmania Khan was excellent in customer service and her tone. I was calling to cancel and she showed how to disable the forwarding to Cloak. I am searching for a new position and wasn't able to receive those calls without being forwarded. So you can guess how that goes. Then, Tamanna, smile, you saved a customer. Only gave a four because of the system.

I was skeptical but was getting 20 plus…

I was skeptical but was getting 20 plus spam calls a day and could barely keep up with it. Had to silence my phone due to the constant ringing. I tried Cloaked. In a couple months My spam mail has reduced, and my calls went from 20 calls a day to 1 every few days. Thank you!

They answered my emails swiftly added possible solutions when they didn't work they gave me a few other things to try which worked.

Don't regret getting this, the app itself helped me a lot for personal reasons and I love my phone not ringing constantly with spam anymore!

Clearing away so many trails of digital data.

I’ve had Cloaked working in the background for the last two weeks. So far they’ve cleared a ton of digital footprints and other personal data from countless places. My only comment use blocking calls that are clearly in my phones contacts already. But perhaps it needs a bit more time to fully integrate.
But still I give it a B+/A

Nerissa was extremely helpful

Nerissa was extremely helpful. I am 80 years old. She was very patient and understanding with me and explained everything very clearly and throughly. She sent me articles about the subjects we discussed that were also helpful. I would recommend them and Cloaked very highly.

Awesome customer service experience

Contacted customer service chat with an account issue. Wanted to upgrade to a couples account. Haze took the time to walk me through the process step by step until we were set up. Also gave me a discount in the process. Couldn’t ask for better customer service.
