All seemed reasonable for a first experience, but I had to chase up why the item wasn't dispatched within 48 hours, and it then got dispatched within 72 hours, with next day delivery. My email was answered promptly. I'd definitely buy from them again.

Chloe and co get stuff in post fast and delivery is fully trackable.

Prices are fair and will shop with 'Clo Ame' again without hesitation

Paid for express delivery and it 4 days down the line now not good and had not communication or any updates

This company is a scam avoid!!! I ordered an item advertised on Facebook - after almost 3 months and several emails item arrived which was nothing like the one advertised - I requested a refund which was refused

I ordered kitchen witch as advertised on Facebook - when item eventually arrived it was nothing like the one advertised in fact it was absolutely horrible cheap and badly made. I waited almost 3 months for delivery and has very little response from multiple emails sent. I asked for a refund which was declined

Wrong items receive and after emailing serval times still not heard back it’s been nearly two weeks and nothing.
Avoid!!

I have ordered a Nike quarter zip from clo ame and it was supposed to come today . As of now I have not received the package and have paid 10 pounds for next day delivery it is currently 4 pm now . In addition to this we haven’t received a tracking parcel . It could still arrive today but as it stands it’s still not came yet.

I am trying to send items back for my son as they don't fit plz let me know how to send them back awaiting your reply

Have used Cloame before and have been pleased with speed in which my package was dispatched however, I've experienced problems trying to return an item from a recent order. Attempted to contact Cloame twice by email (no response) and via their contact portal on their website again, no response. Now been two weeks and still stuck with the item. Very poor and has put me off using them again.
