ordered 4th 0ct not received order,spoke to someone who said they will sort it this(due to out off stock) was Wednesday 22nd and arrived 26th,Jamie from clobberz cartelz got everything sorted so ty will be ording again very soon,

I can see there’s quite a few bad comments on here but I can honestly say I’ve placed two orders with this company recently and can not fault them at all, i ordered a Dior T-shirt yesterday and it arrived with royal mail tracked today, and it’s definitely 💯 percent authentic thanks a lot and I will definitely use again 👍🏼

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago with express shipping and still not received it. Been told the same crap a few times by someone saying they will sort it and now ignoring my calls, messages and emails. Useless company

Stay clear ! Crappy company ! Absolute rubbish from start to no finish! Don’t waste your money

I have used clobber cartelz for around 3 year now ordering all my designer clothes for cheaper prices. The customer service is second to none and never once has there been an issue I would highly recommend it to others and will be a life long customer.

Take your money when they don’t have the stock ? Still no refund over a month now …SCAM

Placed a order for a belstaff set but wanted different size shorts to the t shirt so I was told to attach a note asking for different size shorts to t shirt, which I did then when they were delivered the note was in the order but the shorts were the same size as the t shirt so I sent them back and it’s been over 2 weeks since being delivered back to them and have received no refund or email from them. Contacted them numerous times and had no replies.

Wouldn’t suggest ever shopping here, been waiting over 3 weeks for 3 items ordered, originally emailed one of the team got one reply then went silent so then contacted whoever it was via WhatsApp had a few messages back apologising explaining parcels went missing I told them keep me updated he said he’d have it sorted that day a week later messaged them see what’s going on had no reply. Absolute joke of a place should be illegal them own a company. Never write reviews but these don’t deserve people’s hard earned money, you shouldn’t have wait nearly a month for your items be delivered.

Great service and polite will be buying again

Terrible will never use them again took a month for it to come and I told them after 2 weeks I did not want it they said okay we will cancel and then the order came 2 weeks after. The order was then missing a top and I sent it back after I came back from holiday this was 2-3 months ago still have not received a refund been emailing and ringing and no answer. SCAMMERS

What is the deliver time because I go on holiday Tuesday next week will my stuff be here on time?

Hi had to update this review as I haven't have any update and was told my order would be sent out Monday? Yet again no answer from anybody and declans email doesn't seem to work now ? Please can we just get this over with and sorted out ?

Bought a Gucci top from here. Not one to leave reviews but I’ve messaged him on a few occasions and he hasn’t come back to me. I’ve purchased other Gucci tops in the past and this one I’ve received does not feel legitimate. Top has hole under the armpit, the prints cracking all over and the material of the top does not feel right. Message sent and apparently he was getting back to me 2 weeks ago!

After trying to buy something through unfortunately the whole amount was taken out of my (not clobber cartelz fault) I received my tshirt today, quality is outstanding but I would’ve preferred to pay through Klarna.

Scammed my boyfriend out of a prada jacket which WAS returned as I was the one that done it for him, and signed for at their end by a LAUREN. But they are denying this and still taking the Klarna payments for a retuned jacket!! Avoid at all costs dishonest company and nothing but scammers.

Quick resolution to some minor issues, all sorted by Jamie would use this company again due to the efficiency.

I've also placed an order 8 days ago and not received any thing or a response ill change the star when I get some actual response, emails whats app they reply, whats the order number, then tell them, then nothing then email sales asking the same stuff then they also responded then nothing please some one respond from this company

I placed an order on thr 19th June and stick haven't received my order yet nor is there a trscking number or any email update or ETA.

Emails have been sent but still haven't had a reply. Could someone from Clobber Cartelz please respond. I don't want to slate the company as thisnis my first order but nevertheless the amount of negative comments and reviews doesn't make me feel very confident that my order will come so I hope I'm wrong

Absolute shambles of a company !! Avoid at all cost! Ordered something 4-5 weeks ago stil nothing £600 worth of stuff. Tried contacting just ringing then voice mail ignored all WhatsApp!! Disgusting customer service.. need shutting down.

The Dior t-shirt I received was fake. It took them 3 weeks to refund me and just general poor customer service.
