Original Product and Quick Response Support
This is my first order from Clock.co.in. I was bit skeptical first to order but anyway i took a chance. I have ordered 2 watches and those items are delivered in 3 Days as requested. Received original products with warranty and customer service team is also supportive and response is quick if we reach out to them during the mentioned time on website.

My scepticism backfired
I was sceptical at first. I was worried as this was my first purchase from this store. The product I received was genuine and regarding the warranty, the store offers 2+1 year warranty. One cannot register the product on the Casio website. This is not an issue as the store has assured to pick up and drop off the product during the time of repairs. I love the watch and I loved the service. Keep it going Indian Watch Company. Cheers.

Okay I hv a second opinion...
So....here I am intially I was extremely dissatisfied with the service of the company but then I communicated with customer care they assured me the delivery of the product....over all pretty good experience.
The product I ordered was of Fossil....and it's original. Yes, watches are genuine but the service is a little poor.
I hope the improve their service and communicate with customer if there any problems or issues so the customer has no worries.

FRAUD Clock Company / Full Garbage.co.in
FRAUD WARNING - There is no return pickup for defective items. Only the customer should spend their time and money and go to courier services on their own to send the defective product back. Secondly the serial number in the product box is intentionally tampered and the warranty card is removed from the box. They are NOT Authorised Online Retailer.

I received a watch with broken box.
I received a watch with broken box.. I thought watch should be ok... Box never matyers. So i didn't complaint abt that.. Bt when i saw watch was not as expected by me. I decided to return the watch.. When clock. Co. In received the package back. They deducted rs 300 from me because of broken box.. I paid extra money for the reason which qas not caused by me..
