My husband and I were very happy with the service. I was a little dubious to buy abroad with all the changes in Brexit. However it was a seamless operation from start to finish. We are very happy with the clock which sits beautifully on our wall a real centrepiece!

A part of the triplet-canvas that I ordered was of a poor quality (price paid - over $150) which led to a request to replace the part of my order. A replacement arrived, but was of a poorer quality which obviously led to another replacement request. After almost 2.5 month of radio silence when I followed up, Dave from Clockcanvas replied that actually my order has been cancelled due to issues with delivery and respective amount is reimbursed. When I checked my accounts it turned that no money was received from Clockcanvas. To my respective e-mails asking for reimbursement, Dave just replied that reimbursement has been already made and sent some screenshot where not even the right amount was shown. Months have passed - despite several requests, still no reimbursement. An advise to anone who considers ordering anything from Clockcanvas:
1. Is the order really worth that money?
2. Do you really trust that you will have customer service?
3. Is your time worth fighting for getting the money back?

Got roped into thinking the art was great on Instagram. Man I was duped. It’s a scam! Kudos to their photo-editing skills.

The quality is truly terrible, they literally made up what is described on the website. Cheap chipboard frame, opposite of hand crafted wood in Italy. It was all dented and chipped.
Print looked like it was done on my mums HP 2005 inkjet and cheap paper, not ‘fine art paper’.
All customer service agents are called ‘Dave’, aka some poor suckers in a call centre type farm where they will ask you to return ship at your own cost with a tracking number, full well knowing it is not worth the expense, £100+ etc, and unknown outcome of their ‘findings’.

EVERYONE. The company has fallen foul of UK law under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, for a) misdescribing the goods sold, and b) you have a right to full refund within 30 days.

Screw the ‘Dave’ customer non-service bot. Easiest way to get your money back is through a chargeback on your credit card folks. Just show evidence of the email exchange and misdescribed goods on their website versus what you received.

Cheap quality, have to pay for returns yourself, returns are only valid with tracking id. never again

I orderd for the second time and I’m again SO happy with what I’ve got. Great art work for a decent price.

Awful quality !!
Took ages to arrive, was NOT cheap. Ordered an oversized clock and it weighed nothing, wasn’t even real metal just spray painted cheap material. It also arrived damaged and this wasn’t travel damage someone packed it this way. Honestly seen better quality clocks for £15 that this one for nearly £200.

So clockcanvas have just flagged this review for not being genuine and I’ve had to prove purchase. This is the email I got back from my complaint.

“Like I said in the previous email I don't want us to go in circles so here is. First, if it's damaged give us proof such as a photo or video. Firmly we do NOT provide return labels be it in whatever condition it may be.”

I still have no refund and have had to accept the fact I’m hundreds out of pocket with awful goods.

I really love what i got from ClockCanvas. Its my second time ordering with them and it won’t be the last. The Canvas and frames are really high quality

I love my butterfly wings. Beautiful Christmas gift. Looks great, can't wait for the center wings to complete the collection.

How this company has a 4 star average review is ridiculous - lots of fake reviews from the owners I think.

I purchased a set of three pictures from Clock Canvas and spoke with ‘Dave’ from customer services because each picture was damaged and cracked - not one, all of them!

In addition to the pictures and frames are TERRIBLE quality. Poor, cheap, flimsy frames and the pictures look like they’ve been printed off a home printer.

Company refused to give a refund unless I posted all of the pictures back to them at my own expenses - note under UK law this is not true and the seller has to pay.

As a result I had to go through my credit card company who just gave me my money back.

Avoid this company like the plague.

We purchased a framed set of 3 pictures and an individual framed with raised canvass. The individual framed was amazing! Loved every inch of it. When we received the set of 3, we noticed bunching of the canvass under the frames. Initially we thought it was only on 2/3 but later the 1st photo turned out to be more bunched than the other two. I provided feedback and asked if there’s anything we could do on our end to tighten the photos. They offered to replace the two (to my surprise!). We received the replacements with a glare glass and different frame. Advised them and they sent two more, but they were the exact same as before. They switched suppliers and I have to say.. I would suggest ordering just the canvass and paying the money to have the framing done by a professional company local to you. The framing we paid for with them was not a good experience. I much prefer the non-glare and matte frame vs the glare and textured wood frame. The glare is a complete eye sore and isn’t glass, so it looks warped from wherever you stand. However, the quality on the new prints show that it IS canvass. With our current ones, we cannot tell through the glass/plexi, and the colors are much more subdued. Putting them side by side shows two completely different quality prints. The two new prints are glass glare and vibrant colors and cannot hang them to match the 1st photo to complete a set of 3. Would I recommend them? Yes, but only if you do raised canvass framed vs picture frame, or purchase just the prints themselves and have it framed somewhere locally (which is quite expensive in itself).

I am very satisfied with the order I received. The material is great and the delivery time was very fast.
