I ordered unscented tallow and they sent me citrus and lavender. First I had lavender. And it took 25 days to get to me. I guess I’m lucky because 4out 5 of things shipped never made it to my house. I sent a copy of tallow unscented on bill of sale.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 They wanted to give me $2 refund. I’ll take a full refund or a return label so I can reorder and wait another 30 days for my correct product

I ordered a board game in the end of November as a Christmas present. The parcel did not arrive before Christmas, the parcel did not arrive before New Year. The parcel arrived after more than 40 days. The parcel arrived smashed, the box was damaged, glued with a tape. The cost of the came is USD 35, the company offered my 2 USD compensation, then increased to 5, eventually to 7 USD. Don't order from them, the service is unprofessional, the products are of low quality.

Do not order from them!! I ordered something two months ago and they keep telling me to wait for shipping. It does not take two months to deliver something no matter where it comes from. Albeit, the website states they will cancel and refund easily if you are dissatisfied with your order, they have not credited my account. They have not attempted to send a replacement. The tracking number provided shows as invalid and they keep advising me that they have contacted the carrier to ensure that they will expedite the shipment or that I need to contact the carrier myself. The shipment is lost and should be replaced and they have done nothing to rectify. TWO MONTHS!

Given tracking number that showed the slow progression of the items I ordered.
I finally emailed them to see why it was taking so long for them to tell me my item was delivered.
Apparently the item was “delivered” days before my items even arrived in the country. Their explanation was that the original tracking was a glitch in the system and they actually used a different courier service who says they delivered it days ago and I should check with family, friends, the post office, or my neighbours to see if any of them have it.
I believe they took my money and didn’t send anything at all.
Refuses to refund.

This company is very unprofessional don’t care about its clients everything about them it’s not what they promised! Clearly took the money rest it’s upon yourself I would not recommend this company better buying things from Amazon where they have staff in their warehouse I purchased IPhone 15 Max Pro case over a month ago over priced had to wait for long time for delivery!! My disappointment was that it was wrong case not even IPhone 15 Pro Max very small look like it’s for iPhone 12 Pro Max or 13 can’t fit my iPhone 15 Max. What happened to the quality control if the goods has to leave warehouse someone has has to clear it off as right order as an international purchase. I’m puzzled how things like this leave the warehouse without being checked if it’s right order who ever was doing order picking! Surely there should have been picked up that they were sending wrong order. I can’t wait for another month for this wrong order. I would advise anyone looking to buy things from this company to look elsewhere for repeatable seller with good reviews. PLEASE WALK AWAY IF YOUR LOOKING TO BUY STUFF FROM THIS COMPANY..

This company does not honor its customers and their own return policy. I requested a return label several times with no response and then no refund was given. The products did not work. Pls be careful. It is a scam.

Ordered two Smartwatches that were over $130.00. Only to find out that the features that were advertised were false. Tried to contact to site via 24 hour support services only to be told their was nothing they could do!! Buyer beware!!! TOTAL SCAM!!

Here I go, I put a 2 star, I love the cover. The one I ordered the first one you guys sent was not the right one, the 2nd, the 3rd the 4th, funnily was the right one. now I'm being I'm being told it's going to take a while to checked on this. By then it will be too long and I know in my heart I know this is a round around. Please, please hep.

Paid and nothing arrived. No tracking number email shared and customer service is non existent. An automated bot sends messages but no help.

Do NOt order from this company! I never received a tracking # and have not been able to get any help from “support team@ even with my order #. It has been a month since I ordered….nothing received. This is a China based company. I didnt review before I ordered so lesson learned

I ORDERED 2 FINGER THUMB PIANOS FOR A GIFT FOR A 5 AND 7 YEAR OLD. ONE OF THE PIANO KEYS HAD TWO NUMBER 4'S AND NO NUMBER 3. I HAVE HAD OVER 10 EMAIL'S BACK AND FORTH WITH THE FINAL RESOLVE; THE COMPANY STATES THE PIANO WILL FUNCTION FINE AS IS! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE RETURN INFORMATION OR EXCHANGE THE DEFECTIVE PIANO! EVEN AS I POINTED OUT THAT THE KEYS ARE TO MATCH THE MUSIC INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED AND THAT THIS GIFT WAS FOR A YOUNG CHILD TO FOLLOW THE NUMBERED KEYS TO PLAY THE MUSIC AND PIANO. THE COMPANY REFUSED TO EXCHANGE OR REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE FINGER THUMB PIANO. RIDICULOUS RESOLVE WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WAREHOUSE WHO CLAIMS THERE IS NOT A PROBLEM! DO NOT BUY!

Good cotton shirts- cut perfect for a standard build. Out of the package they look a little wide through the mid section- but they slim up a little -when washed . No loose threads. I would buy again

Hard to beat a Beffy-T for price/fit/feel.
