Booked an Apple Iphone battery…

Booked an Apple Iphone battery replacement through Apple and thought great, theres an Apple Authorised Service Provider outside the city centre, perfect. Thats the end of the good part of this review!

Apple website advised cost is £49, got there to be told no, its now £69.

Next im told, they don't have any batteries in stock so they would need to order it, this would take two days. So I will have to come back again but it’s ok, you don’t have to leave the phone.

So I’ve took time on my lunch break to get my sons phone fixed, he’s excited to come home from school but instead he will be disappointed.

A phone call ahead of my appointment would have changed my experience. I would have politely declined their services and took his phone directly to Apple in the city centre.

Their website states “We are Agile”, they are everything but Agile!
