Reliable Insurance Provider
Solid insurance company with good customer service. My agent is knowledgeable and helped me find the right policy for my needs. The online portal makes it easy to manage my account and make payments. Had one claim that was handled professionally. Rates increased slightly at renewal but still competitive with other companies.

Decent coverage but slow claims process
I've been with this insurance company for about two years now. The premium rates are reasonable and competitive with other providers. However, when I filed my first claim after a minor accident, the process took much longer than expected. The customer service reps were polite but not always knowledgeable. The online portal is functional but could use a modern update. Overall, it's an adequate insurance provider but there's definitely room for improvement.
